When he meets Shizuka, a lonely fourth grader, he vows to bring back her smile using his magical Happy Gadgets. But as he uncovers the pain in her life, Takopi learns that true happiness may require more than gadgets. Takopi's Original Sin follows Nueinukf, a naive octopus-like alien from the Happy Planet who arrives on Earth with a singular mission to spread joy.Renamed "Takopi," he befriends a quiet fourth-grade girl named Shizuka Kuze and attempts to use his magical "Happy Gadgets" to make her smile.However, the series aggressively contrasts Takopi's cartoonish innocence with the grim reality of Shizuka's life, which is marred by severe bullying from her classmate Marina, deep depression, and parental neglect. As Takopi tries to forcefully fix her problems with alien technology, his fundamental inability to grasp complex human trauma causes his well-meaning interventions to backfire, pushing the children further into misery rather than saving them. The narrative rapidly descends into a dark psychological thriller involving time-travel loops, accidental murder, and the cyclical nature of abuse. As Takopi desperately rewinds time to prevent tragedies, the timeline only grows more twisted, leading the children to cover up deaths and succumb to paranoia.A late revelation upends the premise: Takopi is actually an amnesiac who originally traveled back in time at the behest of a deeply traumatized older Marina to kill Shizuka, only to forget his violent objective and befriend his target instead.Ultimately, the series serves as a harrowing critique of escapism, culminating in Takopi sacrificing his own existence to break the cycle of violence and allow the girls to slowly heal through genuine mutual understanding. This is the story of children who encounter despair, yet reach out toward hope.

Our next anime will be May I Ask for One Final Thing, all 13 episodes that are on Crunchyroll. Scarlet has put up with her fiancé’s bullying long enough. Not only is Second Prince Kyle arrogant and crude, but he suddenly called off their engagement during a ball. And if things couldn’t get any worse, he then accuses her of a crime she never committed. Fueled by betrayal, Scarlet unleashes her rage, giving the prince and his nobles a beatdown they’ll never forget.

    Cutscene Episode 129 – Secrets of the Silent Witch 1-13

    We're finally back everyone, back to SCHOOL that is! Humans couldn’t handle magic without chanting until Monica Everett, the Silent Witch and one of the Seven Sages, made unspoken magecraft possible. Painfully shy, she enjoys seclusion. One day, Louis Miller, the Barrier Mage, delivers the king’s order: Go undercover at a prestigious school for nobles to guard the second prince. Get ready for her silent mission to begin! Our next episode will be finishing off Gachiakuta season 1, episodes 13-24. This is what has happened so far: After being falsely convicted of murdering his foster father and cast down from the floating "Sphere" into the trash-filled abyss known as the Pit, Rudo discovers he is a "Giver" with the power to animate objects. Rescued by Enjin, he joins the Cleaners—a group dedicated to fighting trash monsters called Aberrations—and vows revenge on the upper world. As Rudo masters his powers and bonds with teammates like Riyo and Zanka, the group clashes with a violent rival faction known as the Raiders (specifically the Vandals) who also seek to reach the Sphere. Following a brutal battle with the Raider Jabber, the Cleaners travel to the desert "No Man's Land" of Penta to find clues about a way back up. There, they are trapped in a psychological game by the mysterious woman Amo, who manipulates their memories; the conflict culminates in Episode 12 when the team breaks free of her illusions, leading Rudo to snap and brutally beat Amo in a fit of rage, shocking his allies with his darkness.

We're going to take a brief hiatus to let the next season catch up to us, then we will go back to Gachiakuta. Our next anime is Secrets of the Silent Witch.
