Customer Reviews
Host/Narrator
This is a great podcast for quick review of important ob/gyn topics. I’ve enjoyed using it as an adjunct to studying for my oral boards. However, the male narrator is clearly not a physician or person familiar with medical terminology as he mispronounces MANY common terms. It’s so egregious that it’s sometimes difficult to listen to. This podcast would greatly benefit from a change in host - perhaps to an actual practicing clinician? Bonus if it were a female voice.
Fantastic!
Used this as an adjunct to my written boards. I agree with the previous reviewer that a person familiar with medical terms would be better suited to narrate. Looking forward to listening to additional Pearls not yet available.
(I would recommend a British narrator)
Narrator
Topics are useful and short/ to the point episodes keep with the goal of Pearls of Exxcellence.
However, not sure if this is true for all episodes but the person (older man?) reading some of them does not seem familiar with certain medical terms and mis-pronounces many words. This is distracting.
