Brotherhood of Batman

Please bring back the continuity! That is the whole point of this podcast and why I’m sure most people listen. Maybe start a separate podcast with the two of you who just want to talk about comics and then this can be for Batman continuity. We miss the continuity! have been listening to every episode from the beginning and I love the show. You guys do an amazing job and it awesome to have a show that’s reading a similar era of DC as I am right now. Keep up the awesome work. The only issue is Aaron. He hates comics so I’m not sure why he is on the show(except Teen Titans and Young justice) and along with just being overall bitter to have to read period. he obviously loves George Perez, as he is always complementary of his writing……George Perez the artist…Bring back the guest host you guys had during the robin episode a few years back. I have to respectfully disagree with the most recent review suggesting that Aaron should be hidden in the background. Aaron’s witty sarcasm adds a sophisticated humor to this podcast that would be lacking in his absence. Admittedly I am not a comic book fan so I couldn’t tell you who is a writer or illustrator but the great thing about this podcast is that it appeals to comic book fans and non fans alike. It’s like a cooler (or perhaps nerdier) version of NPR’s Car Talk. The dynamic between the three brothers is entertaining regardless of the subject matter and every show makes me laugh at some point. I have listened to every episode and am so excited that the brothers are back from their break. If I could make two suggestions first please don’t allow Ben to bring back any puppet guests. I’m pretty sure I lost hearing during that episode and second please make Ben and Jake eat cherry nougat cookies on every episode.

I gave this podcast a listen because of my love for comic books. What hooked me was the dynamic between these three brothers. My siblings and I would never be able to sit in a room together every week and talk about anything, so it’s really cool to ease drop on these guys discussing something they all love. Of course they have disagreements and bicker, and honestly, that’s where the humor and heart come into this very fun podcast! Give it a listen if you love comics, the dark knight, or just need a good laugh.

I really enjoy this podcast. Jake, Ben and Aaron have a great dynamic and they really cover all angles when it comes to Batman comics and Batman in pop culture. I recommend it for a diehard batman fan but also for people who don’t know too much about Batman and wanna know more, it’s definitely a fun listen!!
