Matt and Tristan dissect schlocky eighties horrors with love and try to make sense of films that may have dropped a few plot threads due to time and budgetary constraints.

Boy, he sure does run.

Fun Box Monster Podcast #215 Shadow Creature (1995)
One thing I can say about this movie with absolute certainty is that it was shot in Buffalo. As a bonus, the creature clearly cast a shadow when exposed to a light source. Truth in advertising indeed.

You think your cat has killer hairballs? Ha! I mean seriously folks. I've heard of a hat-on-a-hat, but a cat-in-a-cat? You guys are great. Anyway, what else is in the news... Um, have you heard about this? This cat has poison spit, and can contaminate your entire food supply. What is this Chipotle? Thank you, you guys have been great that's my time. Remember to spay and neuter your pets.

A TRULY GREAT HORROR PODCAST!!!
Amid a sea of mediocre excuses for horror podcasts, this one stands out as exceptional! Tristan & Matt present thoughtful commentary and insights into a cornucopia of offbeat films with zero pretensions and ample amounts of laidback humor to entertain the listener while educating them. They also manage to perfectly dismantle, steam, fold and press The Mangler with pinpoint precision! Kudos to both of you! However, Matt really needs to watch Silence of the Lambs! Hahah! - Mike ( Don’t Open This Podcast)
AMAZING PODCAST
The best horror movie podcast out there, the fact that they Matt and Tristan both have a sense of humor, a love for cheap horror, and all around great personalities, really makes this podcast untouchable by any other.
I love the fact that they go so far into detail and catch stuff that I didn’t and at the same time can still make It all interesting and not get off topic and get boring. They start from the start and finish at the end and don’t throw out spoilers if it’s for a movie you’ve never seen.
Best podcast available and def listen to it all the time.
Obscure horror at its best.
I have an hour and a half commute to work, and this podcast makes it easier. I still own most of these movies on vhs, or I rented them from video safari in the early 90s...it’s fun to hear random factoids and other folks views on the crappy flicks I love.
