I found this podcast by accident the other day. I was looking for a good premed podcast and I stumbled upon this one here. At first I didn’t know what to think but the more I listen the more I realize that it’s really relevant to me, especially since I was looking to get excepted into a clinical experience. Farhan does a really good job at conveying his point of you and his experience to the audience. He gives very good advice on situations that many of us premeds have to deal with. He is not only honest but he also is straightforward. I specifically like the fact that he uses his personal experiences to show how to approach problems that we may face as premeds. Plus the fact that he’s a medical student gives me a little bit of a peace of mind when he says that you’re going to get into medical school eventually. I really appreciate the fact that it’s an honest but positive podcast. I think this is an amazing premed podcast especially for anyone who is aspiring to be a physician like me.

I found this podcast of the day because I was looking for advice as a premed student. I did not know what it was going to be about exactly but I’m glad I clicked because Farhan talks a lot about what it’s like to be a premed student and he also goes in depth with his experience and his knowledge. He gives good advice on how to succeed as a premed student especially considering how competitive and cutthroat the atmosphere is. I’m really happy he started this podcast because I can continuously listen while I am driving And get good advice on clinical experiences and research experiences and what extracurriculars I should pursue in order to get excepted into medical school. And the best part is he keeps it all real. It’s not sugarcoat it and it’s not dumb down. It’s told as it is and I think I appreciate that the most. At the same time he still is pretty encouraging and let us know that we can achieve our goal so long as we work hard for it.
