  1. Between a Feather & a Mack Truck with Magida Ezzat

Between a Feather & a Mack Truck with Magida Ezzat

She was a marketing consultant working full-time in the corporate world while running her own agency on the side — fifteen-hour days, a constant buzz under her skin, and a headache that greeted her every single morning. She thought it was normal. Then a stolen car, driven by a stranger, slammed into the back of hers — and as the dust settled, Magida found herself crying not because of the crash, but because she finally understood how far out of alignment she'd been living. She calls it the feather, the brick, and the Mack truck. She'd been ignoring the feathers and the bricks for years. This was the truck. In this conversation, Magida Ezzat sits with nOMad founder Phoebe Leona in the space in between — between the masculine drive that built her career and the feminine rhythm she'd spent a lifetime overriding. Between busy as a badge of honor and busy as a trap we choose every day, without realizing we're choosing it. We talk about what it actually means to rebalance the masculine and feminine — not as an abstract idea, but as something Magida now structures hour by hour in her own day. We explore why she calls herself "not a feminist" even as she fights fiercely for women, why the modern workday was never built with a 28-day cycle in mind, and how something as simple as normalizing a conversation about your period could change how entire organizations function. We dig into the autoimmune disorders and fertility issues she sees showing up downstream of years spent stuck in overdrive, and why she believes true productivity comes from balance, not hustle. We also talk about reclaiming a tribal way of living, what success looks like once money and status fall away and only time freedom remains, and how Magida built a container for women — including a 24/7 live chat community, role-play coaching for real workplace moments, and a retreat on a private island in Belize — that meets women exactly where they are, whether that's their very first step in or the culmination of a much longer journey. 2. Between Carrying it all and Being Towed In with Kellie Walsh

Between Carrying it all and Being Towed In with Kellie Walsh

She was a seeker before she had the language for it. A photographer with a spiritual life she kept carefully separate. A healer who always said I got you — until one night in the dark waters of St. Croix, her shoulder on fire and everyone else ahead of her, she had to ask to be towed in. Kellie Walsh's path to the work she does today didn't begin with a grand initiation. It began with a mascara wand, a healing she couldn't explain, and two and a half years inside a born-again church where she first heard something move through her that she didn't have words for yet. What she later came to understand as light language had already been living in her — waiting for the right conditions to rise. In this conversation, Kellie sits with nOMad founder Phoebe Leona in the space in between — Between the one who always carries everyone else and the one who finally lets herself be carried. We talk about time jumps and the Schumann resonance, the Mandela Effect and string theory, and why so many of us are waking up right now feeling exhausted and buzzing at the same time. We explore what light language actually is — and how it can arrive through sound, movement, writing, or even doodling. We revisit a bioluminescent kayaking ceremony that became an unexpected lesson in surrender, vulnerability, and what it truly means to allow yourself to be seen in the dark. We also hear about the ancestral work Kellie is weaving into her retreats — releasing the burdens inherited through the mother line that we've been carrying as if they were our own — and the Soul Alchemy lineage she's been building retreat by retreat, gate by gate, toward embodied truth. 3. Between Wounded Healer and Rest with Claire Doherty

Between Wounded Healer and Rest with Claire Doherty

She was a physiotherapist. Then an Ironman triathlete. Then a business owner with a full practice and what looked — from the outside — like a completely figured-out life. And then her body said: enough. Claire Doherty's journey into the work she does today didn't begin with a calling. It began with a collapse. Years of overtraining, burnout, and a dark night of the soul that stripped away every identity she had built — and slowly, quietly, opened a door she hadn't known was there. In this conversation, Claire sit with nOMad founder, Phoebe Leona in the space in between that lives between doing and being, between healing others and finally allowing yourself to be healed. We talk about what it means to be a wounded healer — and what it looks like when that archetype moves from its shadow into its light. We explore the way illness speaks to us before we're ready to listen, how our physical symptoms carry emotional intelligence, and why the path to wholeness is almost always a relational one. We also dive into archetypes, imposter syndrome, the addict and the mystic as two sides of the same coin, and what Claire is building now — including her September retreat RISE in Bali and her upcoming Restore retreat in Thailand. 4. Between Sound, Sail, and Surrender in Alaska with Teresa Holland

Between Sound, Sail, and Surrender in Alaska with Teresa Holland

What happens when you say yes to something that terrifies you? Teresa Holland said yes to a sailboat. She said yes to the open ocean — even though she was afraid of the water. She said yes to Hawaii in a storm, to a broken engine in a remote Alaskan harbor, and to a little cabin she saw for twenty minutes before she bought it. And somewhere in all of that surrendering, she found herself: a sound healer, a retreat leader, and the keeper of a sacred piece of land in Huna, Alaska — a place accessible only by seaplane or ferry, where the humpback whales migrate and the trees hold memories. In this episode, Teresa sits with nOMad founder, Phoebe Leona in the space in between — the liminal place between who we've been and who we're becoming. They talk about how Teresa found her way to sound healing before she'd ever actually received one, the intuitive language that was unlocked inside her during our recent Mastermind Retreat in St. Croix, and what it really means to listen — not with your ears, but with your whole energetic field. They also explore the beauty of Hoonah Matata Lodge, what it means to offer people an authentic Alaskan experience versus a tourist one, and the upcoming retreat Teresa is co-facilitating in September. Between Cancer & Becoming

She's back — and she has a lot to share. In this heartfelt solo episode, Phoebe Leona, founder of The nOMad Collective, returns to the podcast to share her journey through breast cancer, remission, and the profound lessons that came with it. From AC chemo and radiation to major reconstructive surgery, Phoebe walked through one of the hardest chapters of her life — and came out the other side with deep wisdom, renewed purpose, and a powerful message for healers and seekers everywhere. Phoebe opens up about the shift from asking "why me?" to seeing her illness as an initiation — one that called her into a new identity and a deeper level of leadership. She explores the idea of two timelines: one rooted in fear and chaos, and one anchored in peace, love, and alignment with your true self. And she invites you to choose the latter. If you're a seeker, a healer, or a retreat leader ready to step into your next chapter, Phoebe also shares the many ways The nOMad Collective community can support you — from memberships to mastermind retreats.
