The Angel Of Provision | Jehovah Jireh -Trusting God When It Costs Everything

THE ANGEL OF PROVISION | JEHOVAH JIREH Scripture: Genesis 22:2–14 What unlocks God’s provision? Is it faith, obedience, sacrifice, or the fear of the Lord? In this powerful message, The Angel of Provision, we explore Abraham’s journey on Mount Moriah and the revelation of Jehovah Jireh — the Lord who provides. Abraham’s obedience revealed a profound spiritual principle: Faith leads to reverence, reverence produces wisdom, and obedience positions us to experience God’s covenant promises. Discover the power of a seed, the significance of sacrifice, and why God has called us to be FRUITFUL, NOT JUST SEEDFUL. KEY REVELATIONS: The relationship between faith, the fear of the Lord, wisdom, and covenant. Why sacrifice and obedience ? Scripture: Genesis 22:2–14 What unlocks God’s provision? Is it faith, obedience, sacrifice, or the fear of the Lord? In this powerful message, The Angel of Provision, we explore Abraham’s journey on Mount Moriah and the revelation of Jehovah Jireh — the Lord who provides. Abraham’s obedience revealed a profound spiritual principle: Faith leads to reverence, reverence produces wisdom, and obedience positions us to experience God’s covenant promises. Discover the power of a seed, the significance of sacrifice, and why God has called us to be FRUITFUL, NOT JUST SEEDFUL. KEY REVELATIONS: - The relationship between faith, the fear of the Lord, wisdom, and covenant. - Why sacrifice and obedience matter in our walk with God. - The revelation of Jesus Christ as the Seed and the Bread of Life. - Understanding spiritual investment, stewardship, and harvest. - Why your treasure reveals the direction of your heart. - The difference between serving God and serving mammon. - Breaking free from decisions that produce generational regret. - Becoming a problem solver and increasing your value. “Mammon is looking for servants. God is looking for sons.” Money promises joy, significance, security, and identity — but these are things that can only be truly found in God. Your seed carries potential, but fruitfulness requires faith, obedience, wisdom, and action. Watch, be encouraged, and discover what it means to trust Jehovah Jireh — the God who provides. Power Assisted | You Were Never Meant to Do This On Your Own

You were never meant to live the Christian life in your own strength. God has given us the Holy Spirit, our Helper, to guide us, strengthen us and empower us to fulfil His purpose. Jesus promised that we would not be left alone. Through the Holy Spirit, we receive power to stand firm, live holy and become witnesses of His glory. 1. THE PROMISE OF THE HELPER (John 14:15–18) Jesus promised us the Holy Spirit, who will remain with us forever. We are not called to depend on our own abilities but to live fully surrendered to His power. 2. THE ENGINE OF POWER (Matthew 6:6; Acts 1:8) Prayer is the engine of spiritual power. What happens in the secret place prepares us for what God wants to do through us publicly. Before stepping out, we must first be filled with power from above. 3. PROTECT YOUR SPIRITUAL HUNGER (John 19:28; James 4:4) True conversion produces a hunger for God that must be protected. We cannot pursue the approval of the world while compromising our devotion to Him. Never allow the noise of the world to silence your hunger for His presence. 4. CLEANSING AND EMPOWERMENT (John 19:34; Romans 15:13) Through Jesus, we receive cleansing and the promise of a Spirit-empowered life. The Holy Spirit fills us with hope, joy, peace and the strength to live for God. 5. SEALED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT The Holy Spirit is God’s seal upon our lives, marking us as His own. His seal represents divine ownership, authenticity, security and the promise of our eternal inheritance. YOU WERE CREATED TO LIVE POWER ASSISTED! The glory of God fills the earth through people who are filled with His Spirit. We are called to ENGAGE, EQUIP and EMPOWER, carrying His presence and power wherever we go. Don’t settle for a powerless Christian life. Return to the secret place, protect your hunger and allow the Holy Spirit to fill you afresh! #empowerchurch #gebhardtberndt #holyspirit #empowerment #strength

I Have Decided | How To Persevere Through Trials

Life will bring trials, challenges, and seasons that test our faith. But what if the very things we struggle through are the things God uses to strengthen us, develop our character, and prepare us for His purpose? In James 1:2–4, we are reminded to consider it all joy when we encounter various trials, because the testing of our faith produces perseverance. God does not waste our difficult seasons. As we remain steadfast in Him, perseverance does its perfect work, shaping us into mature believers who are complete, lacking in nothing. 1. CHOOSE JOY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRIAL (James 1:2) Joy is not the absence of pain or difficulty. It is a decision to trust God even when circumstances are challenging. Our confidence is not in what we see, but in who God is and His faithfulness to His Word. 2. LET YOUR FAITH BE TESTED (James 1:3) Trials reveal what we believe and where we place our trust. Rather than allowing difficulties to push us away from God, we can allow them to draw us closer to Him. Every season of testing is an opportunity to grow stronger in faith and deepen our dependence on His grace. 3. ALLOW PERSEVERANCE TO COMPLETE ITS WORK (James 1:4) God is not only interested in bringing us through our trials; He is also working within us as we walk through them. Perseverance develops spiritual maturity, strengthens our character, and teaches us to remain faithful when the journey becomes difficult. 4. MAKE A DECISION TO KEEP GOING Following Jesus is more than a decision we make once. It is a daily commitment to trust Him, obey His Word, and remain faithful regardless of what we face. When circumstances change and emotions fluctuate, our decision to follow Christ must remain firm. “I HAVE DECIDED!” I have decided to follow Jesus. I have decided to trust His Word. I have decided to persevere through trials and allow God to complete His work in me. Your trial does not have to be the end of your story. With God, it can become part of your testimony! DON’T GIVE UP. DON’T TURN BACK. KEEP YOUR EYES ON JESUS! No matter what season you are facing, let your faith remain steadfast. Choose joy, embrace the process, and trust God to produce perseverance in you. He is faithful to complete the work He has begun. 📖 SCRIPTURE: JAMES 1:2–4 (LSB) “Consider it all joy, my brothers, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith brings about perseverance. And let perseverance have its perfect work, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” STAY CONNECTED & DEEPEN YOUR FAITH 📱 Empower Church App iOS: https://apps.apple.com/za/app/empower-church/id6775955900 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=za.co.empowerapp 🎓 Empower Bible Institute App iOS: https://apps.apple.com/za/app/empower-bible-institute/id6775867966 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=za.co.empowerschool.ebi Subscribe to our YouTube channel, share this livestream with someone who needs encouragement, and join us as we grow together in faith. #EmpowerChurch #IHaveDecided #PersevereThroughTrials #Faith #Perseverance #ChristianLiving #TrustGod #SpiritualGrowth

Who Will Reach The One? | The Call Of The Father

You may have walked away, lost your way, or made decisions that separated you from God, but **you have never stopped being the ONE He loves.** In Luke 15, Jesus tells the story of a son who demanded his inheritance, abandoned his father's house and wasted everything he had. Yet when he finally returned, he discovered something extraordinary: **his father had never stopped loving him.** God is not waiting to condemn you. He is running to restore you! 1. COME BACK TO YOURSELF (Luke 15:11–19)** The younger son lost his inheritance, his dignity and his direction. But everything changed when he came to himself. No matter how far you've wandered, restoration begins when you recognise where you belong. 2. THE FATHER IS RUNNING TOWARDS YOU (Luke 15:20) In a culture where running could bring shame upon a respected father, Jesus describes a father who runs towards his broken son. His compassion was greater than the shame of the moment. This is a picture of God's extraordinary love. He is willing to meet you in your brokenness and welcome you home. 3. YOU ARE A SON, NOT A SERVANT (Luke 15:21–24) The son returned expecting to become a hired servant, but the father restored him with a robe, a ring and sandals. You cannot be reduced when God has called you to be reinstated!** Your mistakes do not have the final word over your identity. God's grace does. 4. JESUS TOOK OUR SHAME (Isaiah 53:5) Jesus was pierced for our transgressions and crushed for our iniquities. Through His sacrifice, we are offered forgiveness, healing and restoration. The Father does not simply call us out of darkness; He welcomes us back into relationship with Him. 5. KNOW WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST (Matthew 26:73) Peter's speech revealed who he had been walking with. In the same way, our words, convictions and actions should reflect the One we belong to. Make God's Word the standard of your life. Stop allowing your past, your failures or the opinions of others to define you. "I AM THE ONE JESUS LOVES!" You may have come expecting to be treated like a servant, but God is calling you to live as His child. OPEN YOUR HANDS TO THE GOSPEL TODAY! No matter where you've been, what you've lost or how far you've wandered, the Father's love is calling you home. **YOU ARE THE ONE HE LOVES. YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN. YOU ARE CALLED TO BE RESTORED!** --- Download Our Apps to Stay Connected & Deepen Your Faith: 📱 Empower Church App: iOS: https://apps.apple.com/za/app/empower-church/id6775955900 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=za.co.empowerapp 🎓 Empower Bible Institute App: iOS: https://apps.apple.com/za/app/empower-bible-institute/id6775867966 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=za.co.empowerschool.ebi #empowerchurch #gebhardtberndt #TheONE #WarInTheSpirit #TheProdigalSon #GodsLove #Restoration #IdentityInChrist #Grace #Faith #JesusLovesYou

I Have a Word, Now What? | Ps Gebhardt Berndt

Receiving a word from God is only the beginning—because when God speaks, it’s a setup! With His spoken Word comes His forming Word; He doesn't just speak over your life, He initiates a work in your life. The Word of God is not a window into history or a showcase of someone else's story. It is a mirror to reveal who you are and a measure of what you are called to step into. When you receive a promise, you cannot remain passive. God’s voice is not a suggestion—it is a decree, a call to alignment, and a prompt for decisive action! Key Pillars of the Message: A Word and a Work: Understanding that when God speaks, He begins forming and preparing you to carry out what He has decreed. Doors & Adversaries (Acts 27:24; 1 Cor 16:9): An open door attracts opposition, but if there is a door, it means someone is called to walk through it! God's word over Paul guaranteed that everyone on the ship would make it through. Declare and Establish (Isaiah 61:1; Joshua 1:8): Meditating (Hagah) and speaking God's Word puts "tent pegs" in the ground. What we speak becomes known, established, and active in our reality. Tuned to His Frequency (Isaiah 50:4): God’s voice moves on the signal of humility. When you hear from God, don't edit it, second-guess it, or debate it—do it. The Still Small Voice of Identity: The devil shouts because his throne is empty, but God whispers because He is present (Immanuel). His whisper brings identity, creates vision (2 Kings 2:10), and sets our hearts on fire (Luke 24). "When He calls you, it is NOT to be passive! Stop editing what God said—step out and execute." Come ready to learn how to transition from simply hearing a word to walking out your divine setup! #empowerchurch #gebhardtberndt #faith #alignment

Occupy Babylon | Ps Gebhardt Berndt

Babylon may change your environment, challenge your identity and tempt you to compromise, but it cannot change who God has called you to be unless you allow it. Daniel and his friends were taken into captivity, given new names and introduced to a different way of living. Yet they refused to compromise their faith. God has called us to OCCUPY BABYLON, not become like Babylon. 1. PROTECT WHAT IS HOLY (Daniel 1:1–2) The enemy’s first attempt is to make what is holy common. We are temples of God, called to protect our purity, innocence and devotion to Him. 2. PROTECT YOUR IDENTITY (Daniel 1:7–8) Babylon changed Daniel’s name but could not change his convictions. Your surroundings should never determine your identity in Christ. 3. RECOGNISE THE ENEMY’S AMBUSHES Isolation, unchecked affections, pride and exhaustion can slowly draw us away from God. What are you allowing into your life that could compromise your calling? 4. DESTROY THE SHARED SPACES (Joshua 7:21; Ezekiel 14:6) The enemy doesn’t need first place; he only needs shared space. God is calling us to surrender every hidden compromise and give Him our undivided hearts. 5. THERE IS A WORD OVER YOUR LIFE (Luke 5:4–7; 1 Corinthians 16:9) Peter caught nothing all night, but one act of obedience changed everything. Opposition may surround your open door, but God’s Word still stands. DESTROY THE SHARED SPACES AND RETURN TO GOD! You were not called to blend into Babylon. You were called to stand firm, remain holy and represent the Kingdom of God wherever He has placed you. What You Lost Is Coming Back: The Power of Jubilee

You toiled all night and caught nothing. You came home to Ziklag and found it in ashes. You've been renamed by Babylon and left sitting at the well at midday. But Jubilee has come. The same Jesus who sent Peter back to the empty water is sending you back to the place where you failed. This time you go at His word. What broke you won't hold you, what captured you won't keep you, and the One you kept missing has come looking for you. The place where you failed may be the place where God fills your net. 1. CAST YOUR NETS AT THE PREVIOUS PLACE OF FAILURE (Luke 5:4–8) Peter had worked all night and caught nothing. Jesus sent him back into the same water, in daylight and into the deep, which went against everything a fisherman knew. One act of obedience brought a catch so big it filled two boats. 2. THE CURRENT LANDSCAPE (Daniel 1:1–2, 7) Babylon took the vessels, the city and even the names of Daniel and his friends. Captivity is not your final address. YOU ARE GOING TO JERUSALEM. 3. YOUR ZIKLAG (1 Samuel 30:1–2, 21; 1 Samuel 31:5–6) David came home to ashes and to captured families. Soon after, Saul fell. The season that burned you is also the one that clears the road. SAUL DIED, AND DAVID IS GOING TO JERUSALEM. 4. HE NEEDED TO GO THROUGH SAMARIA (Genesis 33:19–20; John 4:3–6) Jacob's well stood at Shechem, on the ground of his reconciliation with Esau. Jesus, tired from the journey, sat down beside it. The woman who came to the well left made well. Did He really need to go through Samaria, or was He looking for you?
