I'm so thankful for this show. Growing up on Dos games (and mostly Sierra at that), I've always felt like an outsider as a gamer, as most kids compared strategies about the order of which mega man robots to fight or how to recruit Shadow in FF6, but I was wrestling with how to tame the unicorn in KQ4 and wondering why Quest for Glory wasn't the talk of the playground. So, this podcast really feels like a home to me. It's a breath of fresh air when most other gamer podcasts would complain about these games, the CGG pod embraces them and celebrates them.
That said, the hosts lovely, it's a running gag that they can get rambly or focus on Sierra adventures (which I wouldn't change). Since discovering I've listened to each episode twice, been motivated to play more ScummVM when choosing a game and they're just lovely companions for a drive or a walk.
