    Episode 3: "The Life of a Touring Musician" RJ Ronquillo

    RJ Ronquillo is a Touring Nashville Musician who also runs a successful YouTube channel. He has shared the stage with Stevie Wonder, Bryan McKnight, Ricky Martin, Chaka Khan, Thompson Square, and many other world renowned artists. He has amassed more than 34,000 subscribers and 4.2 million views on his Youtube Channel where he showcases his life on the road and demos guitar gear.     Episode 2: "The Art of Visual Notetaking" Emily Mills

    Emily Mills never stopped drawing after childhood. She realized early on that she had a natural gift for illustration. Her first paying gig as an illustrator was for the school paper in college and she hasn’t looked back since. After graduating college in the middle of the great recession, she decided to move to Nashville because of it’s diverse artistic culture. Her first book, “The Art of Visual Notetaking” teaches basic skills to take effective sketchnotes, which is ideal for documenting processes, planning projects, outlining ideas, and capturing information. Emily Mills is a freelance illustrator, professional visual notetaker for The Sketch Effect, and teaches online sketchnoting classes at SketchnoteAcademy.com.     This is the story of Stephen Webb, "The Singing Realtor." Stephen is a professionally trained singer who graduated Belmont with a degree in Classical Vocal Performance and went on to Westminster Choir College to get his Master’s degree in Vocal Performance. After an extensive performing career in musical theater, opera, and concert work, he eventually settled in Nashville, TN and began pursuing real estate full time. Stephen has infused his love of singing with his passion for real estate and has branded himself as "The Singing Realtor." Stephen is an incredible real estate professional while still bringing his own sense of style and exuberance to a traditionally stale industry.
