    Black SEL & Black Mental Health w| Sharonda Arnold- Ocean

    Join us this week as Kristen talks about Black SEL and mental health. This week's guest is none other than Sharonda Arnold- Ocean, a mental health expert. It has always been a dream of hers to inspire and encourage the people in her life and community. Sharonda's passion for public speaking and empowering people whether via social media or in person has evolved. So much so that it has expanded over two brands and her and her husband's mental health and coaching practice, Ocean Behavioral Health, which is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
