Hii just wanted to say I listened to your abusive relationship podcast girl you are so brave and I can relate to your exact situation. One never really knows when and how you get to the point where u cant let go and get out of that relationship. I have let it slide for my boyfriend so many times and I can see Im becoming a toxic person also, Im starting to hit him back. I just dont know who I am becoming as a woman anymore at first I thought it was funny because of how insane that looks, and like you I also walk away when Im angry and stay quiet, which I guess is a huge trigger for them. Want u to know it helped me so much to hear Im not the only one who truly went through something similar and that its not too late to walk away so thank you
