    Chris and Sam get into the fall spirit with the first of their Halloween shows! They determine the ultimate Halloween song in a cutthroat competition, narrowing it down from the Spooky Sixteen. Then the guys visit the Universal Monsters and some of the favorites from this expansive world.

    Chris and Sam unveil the Gay Stuff segment about gay expressions in our culture. It starts with an ode to the defunct British sitcom Vicious starring Ian McKellan and Derek Jacobi. They also give their takes on Love, Simon and Call Me By Your Name, the dynamic duo of gay cinema from 2017 and 18. The segment It Came From Our Collection returns with Chris and Sam's discussion of Rules of Attraction (2002) starring James Van Der Beek, Ian Somerhalder and Shannyn Sossamon.

    Chris and Sam say hi, and dive into a discussion of Mozart and the Whale (2005) starring Josh Hartnett and Radha Mitchell in the segment It Came From Our Collection. In the music segment, Chris and Sam get nostalgic about classic John Williams scores. Chris recommends First Aid Kit, a folk duo from Sweden, and attempts to make sense of a certain mega-popular band's success.
