    Pradeep Kar is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Microland; a 32-year-old company that is a global leader in managing network services. A successful serial entrepreneur,Pradeep has founded and sold three technology companies, namely, Indya.com (sold to Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation), Planetasia.com (India's first Internet Professional Services Company), and Net Brahma Technologies. In 1999, the World Economic Forum recognized Pradeep as a 'Global Leader for Tomorrow' as an acknowledgment of his pioneering work of bringing technology to India. He has served as a Non-Executive Director on the board of UBM plc, and was also on the Board of Telstra Telecommunications, India. Additionally, Pradeep has served as the chairman of the Governing Council of Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Bangalore. Earlier the President of The Indus Entrepreneurs' (TIE), Bangalore Chapter, Pradeep is one of the founding members of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Bangalore Chapter.     Living Life Microlight

    Audrey Maben is India's first Woman Microlight flight Instructor. She took to the skies as a young NCC cadet when she was just 15 and instantly knew that flying was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. After winning a national competition as the All India Best Girl Glider pilot in 1993-94, she obtained her first glider's pilot license. She then went on to obtain her microlight pilot's license and set a national record at The Air race India 2003. In 2007, she became the country's first woman flight instructor.     Surgical skills, Mentorship and paying it forward

    Dr. Deepak Krishnan is The Chief, Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, at university of Cincinnati College of Medicine, USA. He is an American Board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and the Residency Program Director at University of Cincinnati's advanced training program in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is an associate professor of surgery at the College of Medicine at University of Cincinnati, where he teaches and practices. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS). Dr. Krishnan obtained his dental degree from Bangalore University, India and trained in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University's College of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon completion of the residency, Dr. Krishnan pursued further fellowship training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery focusing on orthognathic surgery at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada.  Dr. Krishnan's clinical interests are in orthognathic and reconstructive surgery, maxillofacial trauma, pediatric maxillofacial surgery, ambulatory anesthesia and clinical research and simulation. He currently serves on the Committee of Education and Training (CET) of the AAOMS and is the chair of the special committee on emerging leaders in OMS. He is also a consultant to the AAOMS Committee on Anesthesia (CAN).
