An important platform that shares a window into the lives of women of color. Storytelling is a powerful medium and Shanetta brings together women who we can finally relate to. In some way I find comfort in knowing their struggles, journeys and triumphs are a reflection of real women like myself. It is truly refreshing to listening to the thoughtful conversations being had. I am thrilled about the existence of Motif, centering the stories of women of color. Shanetta is a natural and easy-going interviewer, asking provocative questions, which really helps the listeners understand the stories in such an enjoyable way!
