I absolutely love The Gardenangelists! Dee and Carol make gardening feel fun, approachable, and downright enjoyable. Every episode is packed with helpful tips, plant recommendations, and plenty of laughs. Their passion is contagious, and I always walk away with new ideas and a fresh excitement for my own garden. It feels like sitting down with good friends who just happen to know a ton about plants. I want to be real-life friends with them! So whether you're a newbie or a seasoned gardener, this podcast is a gem. Highly recommend it!

I was first introduced to Dee when I bought her book to learn more about gardening. After reading the book, I looked her up and learned about this podcast, and now this is one of my favorite podcasts. I love listening to Dee and Carol’s banter (they sound genuine and like people I want to be good friends with). I also love hearing about their rabbit holes and all their wisdom. It’s a breath of fresh air that I look forward to every week.

I wasn’t going to tune in because I garden on what seems like a different planet. Summer rain? What’s that? Heat waves and hard freezes— huh? And weeds and insect pests I have never heard of abound in their worlds. But it doesn’t matter, this podcast has become a must-listen for me in my maritime Zone 8b. The quotes, the book recommendations, even the rabbit holes all make it worthwhile. I have learned to perk up my ears when they sadly say “it doesn’t like our heat” or “won’t survive our winters.” And I certainly have to time-shift literally everything related to planting or blooming or harvesting. I recommend giving it a try no matter what climate you garden in.
