Ravens' Miracle FG in Rio, Broncos Stun Rams on SNF + Eagles-Bears MNF Preview | E394 Korner Booth Podcast

Korner Booth is back, breaking down a jam-packed weekend across the NFL, MLB, and college football, from a wild-card sprint to the finish line to marquee matchups on both the college and pro gridiron.   We open with the National League’s final playoff spot still up for grabs, as the Phillies cling to a two-game lead over the Diamondbacks for the last NL Wild Card spot heading into the season’s final weekend. With Arizona holding the tiebreaker, every game matters down the stretch — we break down what each team needs to punch their ticket to October.   From there, we shift to the gridiron, starting with a shocking Thursday Night Football result: Michael Penix Jr.‘s 2026 season debut sparked the Falcons to a dominant 35-14 win over the Packers, snapping Green Bay’s 13-year home-opener winning streak behind a monster 194-yard, two-touchdown night from Bijan Robinson. We break down how Atlanta flipped the script and what it means for a suddenly shaky Packers team.   Then it’s on to the biggest matchups in college football, including No. 1 Texas traveling to Tennessee, No. 4 Ole Miss heading into the Swamp to face Florida, and a massive West Coast showdown between Oregon and USC. We break down the storylines, stakes, and predictions for all three ranked clashes.   We close it out with a stacked Week 3 NFL slate, including the Ravens and Cowboys squaring off in the league’s first-ever game in Rio de Janeiro, the Raiders looking to stay unbeaten against the Saints, and an electric Sunday Night Football matchup between the Broncos and Rams in Denver.   All that and more on the Korner Booth Podcast — subscribe, leave us a review, and follow us on all platforms!   #KornerBoothPodcast #MLB #MLBPlayoffs #Phillies #Diamondbacks #NFL #Falcons #Packers #TNF #CollegeFootball #Texas #Tennessee #OleMiss #Florida #Oregon #USC #Ravens #Cowboys #RioDeJaneiro #Raiders #Saints #Broncos #Rams #SNF #NFL2026 #BellyUpSports

NFL Week 1 Recap: Highlights, Lowlights & MNF Preview E392: The Korner Booth

Korner Booth breaks down everything from the NFL’s Week 1 slate — the biggest highlights, the ugliest lowlights, and the surprises that shaped the opening weekend of the 2026 season. Jared and Matt also look ahead to tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup to close out the week.   Week 1 delivered chaos from the jump. The Seahawks opened their Super Bowl defense with a gritty 13-10 comeback win over the Patriots, but the story wasn’t as clean as the scoreboard. Sam Darnold exited early with a hip injury, forcing Drew Lock into relief, while Drake Maye unraveled with three fourth-quarter interceptions. Down in Melbourne, the 49ers made history in the NFL’s first-ever regular season game in Australia, routing the Rams 27-7 behind three touchdown passes from Brock Purdy and a big debut from new addition Mike Evans.   Elsewhere, Caleb Williams and the Bears put on a show, outlasting the Panthers 59-37 in the highest-scoring Week 1 game in NFL history, while first-year head coaches Mike LaFleur and Klint Kubiak both picked up wins in their debuts with the Cardinals and Raiders. On the flip side, the Commanders fell to the Eagles despite a late push, one of several results that already has fan bases asking questions one week in.   Jared and Matt break it all down before looking ahead to tonight’s Monday Night Football matchup between the Broncos and Chiefs to close out the week.   Follow @kornerboothpod on social media for more!   #KornerBooth #NFLWeek1 #MNF #MondayNightFootball #NFL2026 #NFL #Seahawks #Patriots #49ers #Rams #Bears #Panthers #Broncos #Chiefs #BellyUpSports

Korner Booth is back with a loaded episode covering everything that mattered in college football this weekend, plus a full breakdown of the NFL’s historic opening slate for the 2026 season. Jared and Matt run through the biggest storylines, upsets, and statement wins from a wild Week 1 in college football before diving into a Week 1 NFL slate unlike any we’ve seen before.   The college football weekend delivered chaos from start to finish. Michigan needed a wild, officiating-controversial walk-off touchdown to escape Western Michigan after officials put time back on the clock in the final seconds — a finish that’s already got the entire sport buzzing about what the Big Ten owes the Broncos. LSU made its own statement with a dominant 51-10 blowout of Clemson, silencing offseason noise in one of the most complete performances of the weekend. And UMass pulled off one of the biggest upsets in recent memory, taking down Rutgers as a massive underdog. Jared and Matt break it all down and set the stage for what it means heading into Week 2.   Then it’s time for this week’s Six-Pack ,  six games on the board, spanning marquee top-25 college matchups and one of the most unique opening weekends in NFL history:   🏈 No. 11 Oklahoma (-5.5) @ Michigan — the Sooners head to the Big House looking to spoil the Wolverines’ feel-good moment from a week ago 🏈 No. 1 Ohio State @ No. 4 Texas (-1.5) — arguably the biggest non-conference game of the season, with the Longhorns out for revenge after back-to-back losses to the Buckeyes 🏈 Patriots @ Seahawks (-3) — a Super Bowl LX rematch kicks off the NFL season in Seattle 🏈 Broncos @ Chiefs — Monday Night Football, with all eyes on whether Patrick Mahomes is good to go 🏈 49ers vs. Rams — the NFL’s first-ever regular season game in Australia, live from Melbourne 🏈 Cowboys (-3) @ Giants — Sunday Night Football, with Dak Prescott and John Harbaugh’s rebuilt Giants squad under the lights   Subscribe for weekly NFL and college football breakdowns, picks, and previews all season long. AFC & NFC North Season Previews + SEC Conference Breakdown | E390 Korner Booth Podcast

Jared and Matt wrap up the 2026 NFL and college football preview season by breaking down the AFC North, NFC North, and the SEC conference. Plus, it’s time for the first Six-Pack of the year — six weekly college football picks against the spread.   We start in the AFC North, a division turned upside down this offseason. Three of the four teams enter with new head coaches — Jesse Minter in Baltimore after John Harbaugh’s departure to the Giants, Mike McCarthy back home in Pittsburgh, and Todd Monken taking over in Cleveland after Kevin Stefanski left for Atlanta. On top of that, the Browns sent shockwaves through the league by trading superstar pass rusher Myles Garrett to the Rams. We break down how the division shakes out amid all the change.   From there we shift to the NFC North, where the Bears look to defend their surprise division title after a wild, comeback-fueled 11-6 season under first-year head coach Ben Johnson and Caleb Williams. The Lions enter as the betting favorites once again after a disappointing fall from grace, while the Packers deal with uncertainty up front as star pass rusher Micah Parsons starts the year on the PUP list. We break down all four teams in what’s shaping up to be one of the league’s most competitive divisions.   We close out the football previews with the SEC. Georgia enters as the back-to-back defending conference champion behind quarterback Gunner Stockton, while Texas, Alabama, and a Lane Kiffin-led LSU squad round out the league’s top tier of national title contenders.   Then it’s time for our first Six-Pack of the season: 🏈 Colorado @ Georgia Tech (-6.5) 🏈 Miami (-24.5) @ Stanford 🏈 Baylor @ Auburn (-7) 🏈 Clemson @ LSU (-10.5) 🏈 Louisville @ Ole Miss (-6.5) 🏈 UCLA (-1.5) @ California   Don’t miss a single pick or preview — follow @kornerboothpod on social media for more!   #KornerBooth #NFLPreview #CFBPreview #AFCNorth #NFCNorth #SEC #SixPack #CollegeFootball #NFL2026 #MylesGarrett #Ravens #Browns #Steelers #Bears #Lions #Packers #Georgia #Texas #Alabama #LSU #BellyUpSports

AFC & NFC South Preview + Big Ten Football Breakdown | E389: Korner Booth Podcast

On this episode of Korner Booth, Jared Klim and Matt Ordazzo preview two of the NFL’s toughest divisions — the AFC South and NFC South — breaking down roster changes, breakout candidates, and who’s got the edge heading into the season. Then the guys shift gears into college football with a full Big Ten Conference preview, talking title contenders, teams on the rise, and the games you need to circle on your calendar.   We start in the AFC South, where the Jaguars enter as reigning division champs after a surprising 13-win season under first-year head coach Liam Coen, but the Texans and their elite defense are lurking right behind them. The Colts look to build on last year’s promising stretch with a healthier Daniel Jones, while the Titans turn the page with new head coach Robert Saleh and a Year 2 leap expected from Cam Ward. We break down whether Jacksonville can hold off the field or if Houston reclaims the division crown.   From there we move to the NFC South, arguably the league’s most wide-open division heading into 2026. The Buccaneers enter as the betting favorites behind Baker Mayfield despite a late-season collapse last year, while the Falcons bring in new head coach Kevin Stefanski to try to unlock their talented roster. The Saints look for continued growth in Year 2 under Kellen Moore, and the Panthers, last year’s surprise division winners, try to prove it wasn’t a fluke with Bryce Young taking another step forward. We break down every angle of this toilet-bowl division and who’s got the best shot to come out on top.   We close things out with a full Big Ten Conference preview. Ohio State and Oregon enter as the preseason No. 1 and No. 2 teams in the country, while defending national champion Indiana looks to prove last year’s title run was no fluke. Michigan and Penn State both break in new head coaches, and we break down the biggest storylines, sleeper teams, and marquee matchups to circle on your calendar this season.   Subscribe for weekly NFL and college football breakdowns from Korner Booth, part of the Belly Up Sports Media Network.   #KornerBooth #NFL #AFCSouth #NFCSouth #Jaguars #Texans #Colts #Titans #Buccaneers #Falcons #Saints #Panthers #BigTen #CollegeFootball #OhioState #Oregon #Indiana #NFLPreview #CFBPreview #BellyUpSports

The guys break down every team in the NFC West, AFC West, and the Big 12 Conference ahead of the 2026 season, covering records, coaching changes, free agency moves, the 2026 draft class, and what’s on the schedule for each squad.   We start in the NFC West, where the Seattle Seahawks enter as defending Super Bowl LX champions after knocking off the Rams in the NFC Championship and topping the Patriots in the title game. Can the Rams regroup and get back to the Super Bowl after that heartbreaking loss? Are the Seahawks built to repeat? We also dig into what the Mike LaFleur era looks like in Arizona as the former Rams offensive coordinator takes over his first head coaching job, plus the 49ers’ latest quest to finally get over the hump.   From there we shift to the AFC West, one of the deepest divisions in football. Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs missed the playoffs for the first time in over a decade — we break down what the plan looks like for 2026. The Chargers and Broncos round out a stacked division alongside a brand-new-look Raiders regime led by new head coach Klint Kubiak, fresh off winning it all as Seattle’s offensive coordinator, and No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza.   We close it out with a Big 12 Conference preview. Korner Booth is BACK for Season 16! Jared Klim and Matt Ordazzo kick off the new season with a full breakdown of the AFC East and NFC East ahead of the NFL season, plus a look at what to expect from the ACC as college football gears up. We start in the AFC East, where the Buffalo Bills enter a new era under first-year head coach Joe Brady looking to reclaim the division after being dethroned by the Patriots last season. New England returns as reigning conference champions behind MVP runner-up Drake Maye and blockbuster addition A.J. Brown, while the Jets continue their rebuild under Aaron Glenn and the Dolphins navigate a fresh start under Jeff Hafley. The boys break down whether anyone can dethrone Buffalo and how the Jets, Dolphins, and Patriots shake out behind them. From there we shift to the NFC East, where the Eagles look to become the first team in over two decades to three-peat as division champs, but face real competition from a retooled Cowboys defense, a Commanders team hoping to stay healthy behind Jayden Daniels, and a Giants squad building a new culture under first-year head coach John Harbaugh. We break down the biggest storylines for all four teams heading into the year. Then it's on to college football with our ACC preview.
