JoyBinge Podcast

First of all, Kimmy and Sinow have such pleasant voices, I feel very soothed by listening to them talk for an hour (which goes by so fast). I love listening to them talk about more positive current events and bringing in a piece of their lives with it. It feels like I’m sort of part of a casual conversation between friends even though I’m just doing the listening.

I love the concept of focusing on the positive, especially in the age of the modern, 24-hour news cycle of mostly (let’s face it) doom and gloom. Kudos to these wonderful humans for doing something to change that. We are what we consume — and I, for one, definitely want to binge on more JOY!!!

I admit to getting caught up in negative news and even my own fascination with true crime can be a bit heavy at times. The hosts don’t shy away from acknowledging the difficulty of the world, and they reliably deliver positive stories to remind you that there really is good happening all around us. They are authentic and human, totally relatable. Highly recommend giving this one a try to adjust your perspective for the better.

It is so easy to get wrapped up in all the negative news we tend to hear broadcasted constantly through the mainstream news and other outlets, that it becomes so easy to neglect all the good that is also happening in the world today. Joybinge is a helpful dose of a positive and a great reminder that not everything in the world is so terrible.
