    Begin Again: The Art of Picking Yourself Up and Trying One More Time, Again.

    Begin again instead. Every time we start over we also attempt to erase our past or erase us or at least parts of us. I know many of us are struggling to forgive ourselves of our past mistakes or struggles or regrets. Or we wish we had been or done differently in the past. But when we look to erase these parts of our story or completely start over, we don't honor who we are today. I would not be this happier, healthier, healing person without my past. "Tami Tackles Everything" is going through somewhat of a re-brand and in an effort to keep one of the loves of my life (this podcast) going, I've decided to show up with some messy action.     Simone Clarke Cooper is often the person asking all the questions. It was my absolute joy to sit with my friend and ask her all the questions for a change. We had a great conversation about how she has gained so much from loss, learning to cherish the "but then" moments  and what it means to journey from pain to purpose.  A little bit more about Simone: Simone has over 25 years of broadcast experience, and over a decade of corporate communication experience, which has seen her crafting communication strategy for some of Jamaica's most prominent companies, being the voice for some of the most noted Executives in corporate Jamaica, and lending her energy, charm, positivity and wit through TVJ's popular morning show, 'Smile Jamaica'. Simone currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SimSpeak Communication, a recently launched entity, offering all the services which Simone has honed throughout her career.
