I love Stephanie and Trey. However, have you noticed how she always ends a sentence with a long “Ummmmm!” Once I noticed it, I can’t stop hearing it!

I feel like this podcast has taken a turn. Lately we barely get a 15-20 minute episode that includes 8 minutes of Prolonged Ana Better Health ads. This used to be one of my favorite pods, but now it’s like they just don’t have the time.

I don’t usually write reviews, but as a longtime listener of this podcast I’ve noticed a big shift over the years—especially after Brandi left. What used to feel authentic and relatable now feels much more focused on wealth and lifestyle. I’ve always appreciated Stephanie for staying true to her humble Oklahoma roots, but Trey often steers the conversation toward money and status in a way that comes off as bragging. It’s also hard to ignore that his platform largely exists because of Stephanie, yet he sometimes speaks as if he built it all on his own. On top of that, there are so many ads now that it really disrupts the flow of the show. I miss the authenticity and balance the podcast used to have. I hope it can find its way back to that.
