    Do you ever feel like anxiety, and living in survival mode is a regular part of existing post-trauma? Setting ourselves up for success is imperative to reducing triggers that throw us into chaotic existence and self-doubt. Renaming and reframing our perception of the physical sensations of stress and anxiety are techniques that can drastically reduce the collateral damage of living in survival mode, or dealing with chronic anxiety.

As a single mom, I have not always been able to afford therapy, but connection is so imperative to the healing process. I am starting this podcast in the hopes of connecting with, and reaching other women who are on a similar journey.
