You want to hear this one.. 195 hours dry, 3 days (6-8th day) of working out..

195 hours dry, 3 days (6-8th day) of working out and... hauling ass down a mountain, snowboarding... on day 8. I broke at day 8 to flush myself out because i feel a tiny bit of stuff in my colon and I want it out. I am also going to drink some sun, orange juice. Tonight, I’m right continuing in a breath state and no food or drink. I love it, so empowered, you can too, I’m not special.

Intro- Who are you listening to? Why bother? Empowerment incoming!

I go over who I am so you know. I am close, as in days, to proving breatharian I AM! I have many many other tools and tips, advice, laughs, and empowerment to show you. There is plenty of doom and gloom to listen to out there. Too much. I have the opposite! Acknowledge the negative and show you the answers and the solutions! What’s best about my podcast? I have done, experienced first hand, everything I will offer, and, it’s all FREE or cheap! I am selling you on nothing, but YOU and your awesomeness! I am 50 years old and in elite conditioning/ shape, so you know that health will be a major part of these ZEN casts! Why? Because health freedom IS freedom! Tune in if you love to be uplifted, and do it for free!
