    Honouring the Shadow: Religious Trauma, Worthiness and the Angels with Gracie Navarro

    After three years of keeping this exciting secret, I'm finally able to share the news. Squamish Medium, my TV show, is premiering September 2 in Cree (Plains) on APTN Languages, and September 14 in English on APTN. In this episode I go back to the beginning: mediumship readings at my kitchen table in 2013, launching this podcast in 2018, opening my in person school in 2023, and everything that led to two Indigenous women approaching me 'out of nowhere' with an idea for a TV show.     The Heart Chakra and Mediumship: Integration, Grief, and the Ethics of This Work

    Part four of the chakra and mediumship series and the one I have been sitting with the longest. The heart is the bridge chakra. Everything you did in root, sacral, and solar plexus has to integrate here before it can become service. In this video I share what happened to my mediumship in 2020 when I experienced real grief for the first time and could not do readings for months.     I Am a Medium Today Because of Sylvia Browne
