Episode #1126 - Here We Go! Podcast Shorts with Nancy

Recording from Omaha, Nebraska on September 11, Nancy explores the danger of internal sabotage—what can happen when the greatest threat is not simply what is attacking from the outside, but what has already been permitted to operate within. Using the wartime concept of the “fifth column,” Nancy examines how tolerated compromise, divided loyalties, unresolved offense, sin, and agreement with darkness can create footholds personally, corporately, and even nationally. From Ephesians 4:27 to Hebrews 3:13, she calls maturing sons to vigilance, exclusive allegiance to the Father, and a willingness to allow Holy Spirit to bring the soul and body under the government of the Spirit. This episode is a call to wake up, shut the door to internal compromise, and stand in the freedom Christ has given us—becoming sons who are dangerous to darkness, useless to religious systems, and deeply inconvenient to the ways of man. Thanks for Listening! Nancy McCready Ministries is committed to building cultures of personal and corporate discipleship so that believers can walk in maturity and their destiny with the Father. Archive Episode #1125 - Make Ready A People!

Nancy recently encouraged you to check out the 1000+ archive episodes here on Tent Talk. Here is a taste from the vault of Tent Talk Podcast! In this archive episode, Nancy speaks into the urgency of becoming a people prepared for the days ahead—not through emotional reactions, human courage, or religious bravado, but through an ever-deepening oneness with the Father. She emphasizes that nothing can replace personally hearing His voice and learning to live, as Jesus did, from every word that proceeds from the Father. Exploring what it means to become “lightning rod people,” Nancy challenges maturing sons to remain exclusively loyal to the Father even when that loyalty disappoints, confuses, or provokes people on every side. Drawing from Luke 1:17, the lives of those who have gone before, and Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s writings, this episode is a call to make ready a people in spirit for Him—to allow Holy Spirit to prepare the inward road, develop the mind of Christ, and form sons who can move faithfully with the Father in whatever the coming days require. Episode #1124 - Here We Go! Podcast Shorts with Nancy

Recording from Warsaw, Poland, Nancy offers a necessary clarification from the previous episode and takes the conversation deeper into what it means to live as sons of light. Revisiting 1 Corinthians 14:23–25, she carefully distinguishes its immediate context—the unbeliever or untaught outsider entering a gathering where the prophetic word is operating—from the inward work of Hebrews 4:12–13 in believers. Nancy emphasizes that the goal of prophetic ministry is never to magnify the prophet, but to reveal the heart so clearly that the hearer is left with one conclusion: God is among us in truth. From there, she connects Hebrews 3:13, Hebrews 4:12–13, 1 Thessalonians 5:5, and Ephesians 5:13 to show the progression of a people who are not merely sons of light by identity, but who are learning to live and function in the light. As the Word cuts, exposes, and matures us, darkness loses its ability to remain comfortably concealed. This episode is a call to become a responsive people—dangerous to darkness, useless to religious systems, and deeply inconvenient to the ways of man simply because we are living as who the Father has made us to be. Thanks for Listening! Nancy McCready Ministries is committed to building cultures of personal and corporate discipleship so that believers can walk in maturity and their destiny with the Father. Episode #1123 - When You Don’t Know You’re Deceived: The Deceitfulness of Sin

Sin does more than produce wrong behavior. It distorts perception. Recording from Old Town Lublin, Poland, Nancy examines the sobering progression from deception to diminished sensitivity and spiritual hardening. Hebrews 3:13 warns that the deceitfulness of sin can harden the heart into settled rebellion. The danger is not only that we choose what is wrong, but that repeated agreement with sin can make us increasingly unable to see what is happening within us. Nancy also explores why Scripture commands believers to exhort one another daily—and why the Body of Christ is essential when self-deception has made honest inward discernment difficult. The most dangerous deception is the deception we cannot recognize in ourselves. But God does not uncover the heart to humiliate His sons. He brings what is hidden into the light so that truth can recover the inward man, soften what has become resistant, and restore responsiveness to His voice. This episode lays the foundation for Part 2, where the hidden things of the heart are made manifest and the undeniable presence of God brings a person to worship. Episode #1120 - Here We Go! Podcast Shorts with Nancy

Recording from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Nancy closes out August and reflects on the irreplaceable importance of gathering together in person as the body of Christ. As the Father prepares His sons for the days ahead, Nancy shares a clear conviction: we will need Him more, and we will also need one another at entirely new depths. From Oxford gatherings to Cross Encounter and emerging works across the nations, she explores how the Father establishes relationships, prepares people, and reproduces His work through sovereign connections rather than building around one person or ministry. This episode is a call to treasure the body of Christ, remain faithful to the relationships the Father has established, and stay attentive to His timing as He prepares and sends mature sons into their own sovereign, self-governing assignments. As a new season approaches, Nancy encourages us to stay steady, stay connected, and remain fully responsive to the Father as His gospel runs unhindered through the nations. Thanks for Listening! Episode #1119 - Summer Readings Series

As the Tent Talk Summer Reading Series moves toward its finale, Nancy begins Chapter 3, Have a Mind to Suffer, from Watchman Nee’s The Character of God’s Workman. With 1 Peter 4:1 as the foundation, Nancy reframes the “mind to suffer” as the mind to endure—an essential aspect of the mind of Christ that must be developed as sons mature. This is not about pursuing suffering, earning the Father’s love, or simply gritting our teeth until difficulty passes. It is a freely chosen willingness to continue with the Father through pressure, obstacles, and trials while drawing deeply from His life within. From everyday inconveniences to seasons of profound testing, Nancy challenges listeners to recognize each opportunity to endure as preparation for the days ahead. The question is not simply whether we can survive pressure, but whether the mind of Christ is being formed in us as we walk through it with Him. Thanks for Listening!
