    In this episode, Will kicks off his new series called “Living A Life That Demands An Explanation” in which he talks to extraordinary people to learn from their stories and find out what drives them.
    In the first episode of the new series, Will talks to Mindy Churchill, a mother of 7, charity board member and Christian who lives her life in service of others. 
    During the episode, Mindy and Will discuss Mindy’s road to having seven children, including some with Autism and Down Syndrome, and why she  decided to adopt another child with Down Syndrome. They discuss abortion, her women’s charity in Uganda, the importance of embodying Jesus and the hypocrisy they both see within the Christian community.

    On episode #120, Will talks to Dr. Monica Osborne, a writer and former literature, film, and cultural studies professor with expertise in representations of trauma, multi-ethnic narratives, and critical theory. Angel is also the Director of Messaging & Editorial for the Foundation Against Intolerance & Racism (FAIR) as well as the host for FAIR’s podcast called Fair Perspectives. 
    During their talk, Will and Angel talk about the importance of humility and true open-mindedness. How do you developed real open-mindedness? Why do people feel so threatened when their ideas and beliefs are challenged? 
    Angel also talks about how he deals with any “identity traitor” hate he receives and some of the best ways that we can get through to people who are possessed by a certain identity.

    Myesha and Will speak about why her approach differs from most other DEI programs, why Myesha insists on not being “oppressed”, how she managed to arrive at this kind of mindset and what she does to cope with people who try to call her a “race traitor”. Will and Myesha also speak about the impact that the woke mindset can have on your life, your career and what we can do to move forward towards a more unifying and nuanced narrative.

A True Teacher

So grateful to Will for his breadth of guests with a wide spectrum of viewpoints. The way Will interviews introduces new concepts, invites curiosity, and truly strengthens the fabric of our connection to one another. This podcast is where I go to learn, to get out of my echo chambers, and to find new thought leaders!

Great show

Wonderful discussions with wide range of topics, guests, and ideas. This show is an example of how to have nuanced conversation about complex social issues. I wish the mainstream media would follow the lead of many podcasts and long form interviews.
