Music Through The Mists of Time

I’ve been listening to this podcasts for several weeks now and have found it to be very relaxing and informative. Mr Ely has done a terrific job researching the music and providing insights to enhance the listening experience. I highly recommend Music Through the Mists of Time.

This was pleasing to listen to! It exposed me to music and an artist from a period of time I would not normally have had time to research. Josh’s soothing voice offers us calm in a time of stress. There is a gentle, kind delivery to his music history lesson that gives us time to think. In my listening experience today I easily found a correlation between past history and that which is relevant to social isolation and the Coronavirus today. Josh also has a subtle humor in his analysis that quickly passes over you if you are not listening carefully. Therefore this is also a great exercise in stretching your attention span. Listen - pay attention - increase your brain power - and challenge Josh to increase the length of his lessons! Thank you, Josh - I will continue to listen and follow you!
