Customer Reviews
You won’t find this on Duolingo 🙃
Learning a language can’t be complete without at least being familiar with taboo language, whether or not you want to use it yourself. This podcast doesn’t only teacher “dirty” words, however. It also covers vocabulary about going to the bathroom, exclamations when injured, exclamations when surprised or angry, etc. Fernando also helpfully describes which words are appropriate for which audiences, like what can be said in front of children, for example. This show is both fun and educational!
AMAZING
Love love love the show. I’m Brazilian and I’m teaching Portuguese to my husband, and thanks to this podcast, he can finally understand my (excessive) cursing.
I definitely recommend this podcast if you’re a learner who wants to sound like a native Brazilian! Fernando gives the listeners great context and usages for every single word. Very complete!
