Love this so much!

I can absolutely tell through her voice and words in this podcast, that Christine is an incredible person- so encouraging, thoughtful, genuine, and caring. Christine’s words and her honest conversations have been getting me through a tough time in my life dealing with my own anxiety. Her stories are so honest and real— something I can relate with on a very deep level. I often re-listen to episodes- it helps me get back on me feet if I’m feeling down, and am always reminded of the importance of self-love and self-acceptance. Thank you for all you do. <3

My favorite podcast

Listening to Christine is comforting. She is so so authentic in her podcasts and in her interviews, it truly resonates. I listen to this podcast in the mornings on the way to work to set my tone for the day. The topics she discusses are complex. She approaches it from so many perspectives and with so much kindness. That’s really hard to find in a podcast. I’m proud to be a fan and hope you enjoy it too!

Kudos Christine!

Wow. I'm impressed. This podcast is amazingly good.

Christine speaks in a fabulous, soft, friendly, thoughtful, intelligent way that is relatable and kind.

I'm really impressed with the content. She's really hitting the mark with where I am right now. I think she talks about really common things.

This is so valuable.

Mental health and mindset are so important and I'm glad it's getting the attention and value it deserves -- it's just as important as nutrition and physical fitness, plus, it's the software that runs our brains.

Christine is great. She is authentic, open, and caring.

Kudos Christine for this! And thank you! It's just what I needed!
