    This week I’m coming to you from Jaipur, and what a week it’s been! I’ve been busy finding fabulous new stock for Quest, discovering gorgeous jewellery and treasures, and soaking up all the colour, energy and magic of India. There have been camels, monkeys, shopping, adventures, unexpected moments and plenty of magic along the way. 🐪🐒 A little warning, the sound quality as good as usual this week. Recording while travelling has its challenges! But I didn’t want that to stop me sharing the week with you.     A Week of Getting Things Done, Letting Go & Making Space for What's Next ✨

    This week has been a whirlwind of filming, planning, preparing and getting things done! From recording new content and preparing for my Autumn Retreat and Halloween events to working through my never-ending to-do list, it's been one of those weeks where life seems to be moving at full speed. But amongst all the busyness, I've been reflecting on the importance of making space for what's next. As we approach the Autumn Equinox, it feels like the perfect time to ask ourselves: What are we ready to release? What have we been putting off? And what would happen if we stopped trying to do everything at once?     A Magical Weekend, a Puncture & Knowing When to Slow Down|Sunday Catchup Podcast

    This week on The Journey Within, I’m taking you behind the scenes of a very full few days from a chilled Friday evening and a beautiful drive to Birmingham, to the magic of the NEC, meeting like-minded strangers and suppliers, discovering treasures from Jaipur and Peekaboo with Arlo… and then a puncture on the M1 on the way home! Then it was straight back into real life: filming, meetings, work and eventually that unmistakable feeling of I am exhausted. It’s been such a full week and, actually, an amazing one. There have been some really magical moments, lots of travelling, lots of work and lots of doing. I’ve loved so much of it, but sometimes, no matter how much you’re enjoying life, your body just says, “No more.” And that’s what happened to me this week. I had no alternative but to stop, listen and surrender. A little glimpse into my week, the magic I found along the way, and a reminder that even when life is good, we still need to listen when our body tells us it’s time to stop. ✨

    The Beautiful Moments We Almost Miss | Sunday Catch Up Podcast

    Sometimes the most meaningful moments in life are the ones we never planned. In this episode of The Journey Within, I’m reflecting on some of the beautiful, unexpected moments I’ve experienced recently from wandering through the New Forest and encountering ponies and donkeys, to chance conversations with strangers, moments of kindness and words that seemed to arrive at exactly the right time. This week we laugh at the mistakes we made and cherish those around us too. It got me thinking about how easy it is to rush through our days focused on where we’re going, what we need to do next, or what hasn’t gone quite to plan and completely miss the little pieces of magic happening around us. Perhaps life doesn’t always need to give us a huge sign. Sometimes it’s a conversation. A beautiful place. An unexpected meeting. A few words from a stranger. A moment that makes you stop and think, how lovely was that? This week, I invite you to notice those moments. Because maybe the magic isn’t something we need to search for.     The Magic Hidden in an Ordinary Week

    We often imagine that a spiritual life should look peaceful, perfectly balanced and somehow separate from the everyday busyness of life. But perhaps the real magic is found right in the middle of it. In this episode of The Journey Within, I’m sharing a little of my own week, from work, Reiki and finishing my palmistry course, to walking, family time, filming and all the ordinary things that fill our days. Because spirituality isn’t only found in meditation, retreats or those big transformational moments. It’s there when we walk through a field, sit with someone we love, finish something we’ve been working towards, or simply notice what is happening around us. Sometimes we become so focused on where we’re going that we forget to experience where we are. So this week, I invite you to look again at your own ordinary life. What if some of the moments you barely notice are actually where the magic is?
