E198: Sisterhood Wound Integration, Safety, and the Way Forward

In this closing episode for the "Sisterhood Wound" series, we gently integrate everything that’s been opened throughout this series while allowing it to land in the body, the nervous system, and the heart. A soft reflection on the sisterhood wound..... betrayal, exclusion, comparison, and the ways many of us learned it wasn’t always safe to be seen or belong Honoring the tenderness that can arise when moving through women’s circles, retreats, and community spaces especially when past wounds are present A reminder that nothing is wrong with you if connection has felt complicated ...... your body remembers, and that remembrance is wisdom Exploring discernment as embodied intelligence, not walls or armor and learning to trust the pace and signals of your nervous system Reframing leadership as something that emerges naturally when a woman is anchored in herself, rather than performed or proven Gentle guidance on curating sisterhood and community that feel safe, accepting, and nourishing where you don’t have to change who you are to belong An invitation to find connection by being yourself, unedited and honest while trusting that true resonance recognizes you without effort A reminder that sisterhood can look many ways such as one woman, a small circle, a season and all of it is valid Holding space for grief, clarity, and recalibration as part of growth and integration A closing invitation to move slowly, let the body lead, and allow connection to meet you at the pace of safety I hope you have enjoyed this series. It's been really fun to sit down and just chat with you all on this from my own lens as well as the stories shared within spaces I've been in, held, or witnessed. E196: Rebuilding Safe Sisterhood and Embodied Discernment

Welcome back as we continue our discussion on the "sisterhood wound". In this episode, we explore: • Why healing the sisterhood wound does not mean opening your heart to everyone • The difference between trauma-based guardedness and embodied discernment • How discernment lives in the body before logic, stories, or explanations • Why safety is a sensation, not a concept • How to recognize embodied yes and quiet no • Why safe sisterhood begins with regulation, not vulnerability • Letting go of loud, fast, performative forms of connection • Why how someone responds to your joy matters as much as how they meet your pain • Releasing competition, comparison, and the need to shrink • Why fewer, cleaner connections can be a sign of maturity not loneliness • Loving women while still choosing not to stay in energetically unsafe spaces • Sovereignty as a form of self-respect, not judgment • The role of boundaries as clarity not walls or armor • Why embodiment matters more than spiritual language or concepts • Trusting frequency over words • How recalibration often looks like a smaller circle and a softer nervous system • Why this season of pause is sacred and necessary • Building sisterhood on resonance instead of urgency A few key reminders from this episode: • You are not meant to trust everyone... you are meant to feel into who is safe • Discernment is wisdom, not fear • Safe women do not compete with your light • Boundaries are respected by the right people • Fewer connections can mean deeper alignment • You are not regressing. You are recalibrating.

E195: The Sisterhood Wound, Visibility, and Reclaiming Your Right to Shine

In This Episode, We Explore: What the sisterhood wound really is and why it’s so common among sensitive, intuitive, and gifted women How early experiences of exclusion, jealousy, and betrayal shape our relationship with other women The subtle fear of shining too brightly and why visibility can feel unsafe Personal stories from adolescence that imprinted the belief: “If I shine, I become a target” How betrayal by women we trust can create lifelong energetic guarding Why many women become friendly, but not fully open without realizing it The connection between past-life memory and present-day fear of leadership, visibility, and sisterhood A past-life experience of betrayal, persecution, and death and how it clarified modern patterns Why healing the sisterhood wound isn’t about blame, but about compassion, truth, and sovereignty How unhealed wounds can show up as covert competition and performative softness in spiritual spaces Why forcing sisterhood isn’t healing and how frequency, resonance, and discernment create safety What true healing looks like: slow, gentle, embodied, and nervous-system aware How to begin re-teaching your body that safe sisterhood exists Why fewer, quieter, intentional connections are often the most sacred A reminder that if you feel cautious, guarded, or tender that nothing is wrong with you Healing the sisterhood wound doesn’t mean pushing yourself to be open. It means honoring what your body remembers… and allowing safety, trust, and connection to return in their own time. You are not broken. You are remembering.  If this episode stirred something deep within you, know that you are not alone and your light was never meant to be rationed.
