    From Reality TV to Raising Awareness

    Once a semi-finalist on season two of NBC's The Voice, Erin Willett went on to become a contestant of The Biggest Loser. However, while being on reality TV, Willett, unfortunately, lost her father to pancreatic cancer. Since then she's worked closely with Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN) to help raise awareness about the form cancer.

    Everipedia: The Internet's Inclusive Encyclopedia

    Everipedia is a decentralized encyclopedia built on EOS. Originally founded in 2015 as “the encyclopedia of everything,” an inclusive encyclopedia where anyone and everything can have a page. Flash forward to 2019, and Everipedia has moved onto the EOS blockchain and created its own cryptocurrency token called “IQ.” The platform continues to grow, reward its users, and has big plans for the future.

    Postponing Dental School for Professional Gaming

    Bryce Byman graduated from college in May 2018 with a degree in biochemistry and was even accepted into dental school. However, he had other plans. Byman had always been interested in gaming since he was a kid, and after playing competitively in college and later working his way to the top of the Fortnite charts, he decided to start pursuing it professionally. His current goal is to make it to the Fortnite World Cup, which will be held in June, and while he’s good at what he does, he knows that professional gaming might not work out, but he knows no matter what, becoming a dentist is something that will work out.

    Life as a Full-Time ASMRtist

    MaryJLee is one of the top ASMR streamers on Twitch and has amassed well over 100,000 followers on the platform. Before doing ASMR full-time, Mary was a dental hygienist, but when she realized that she was making more money off streaming, it was a no brainer to pursue streaming. Her hard work has paid off, and she’s now going to be the first ASMR streamer featured on the Twitch homepage.

Buschardt is dedicated to his work, and admits he’s a little bit of a conspiracy theorist. He believes the United States Government is aware of bigfoot and they’re hiding it from the general public.

    Mike Brumfield has been interested in Bigfoot since he was a kid. After hearing stories and going on an expedition, he knew that he wanted to become a Bigfoot Investigator. He’s led many explorations and investigations across Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. Brumfield has had some very close calls with the creature and says there is more than enough evidence to prove they exist.

    Join Kyler Johnson as he interviews former Variety Magazine International Editor, Kirstin Wilder. Wilder worked for Variety for 24 years and went on to become the vice president managing editor and was later promoted to international editor. Wilder recalls working around the clock. She said, “at 3 a.m. I’d roll over and look at my messages.” Flash forward to now, Wilder is back at her alma mater, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She currently serves as the editor-in-chief for the Nebraska Alumni Association’s “Nebraska Quarterly” magazine.

    A City's Only Black-Female Police Officer

    As a 17-year veteran of the force, Officer Jackson-Goodwin serves as Lincoln’s only black female police officer. Currently, in the United States, there isn’t a lot of trust between the police and their communities, after many questionable officer-involved shootings. Officer Jackson-Goodwin provides a unique perspective on this issue of trust facing the country. In January 2018, Officer Jackson-Goodwin and her daughter were invited on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, not only got to meet Ellen but Melissa McCarthy too. She was awarded $75 thousand after playing a game of beer pong and has since put the money to good use.
