Ashley's Secret: Living with an Eating Disorder

Ashley, an old friend of Tony's from middle school, reached out to us because she felt like it was time to tell the world about something she has been battling alone since 6th grade. We were honored to help her free herself from the burden of dealing with something so heavy in silence.

S2 Episode 1. A Message from the Token Black Friend and His Ally.

With the current state of civic unrest around race relations in America, it has been difficult to find a place in the dialogue to offer something new. After observing how and which people have reacted to other content we have put out in the midst what can only be called... 2020, we figured it out. Episode 35. Nostalgia: The stuff we miss and the reboots we hate.

All of us 80's and 90's babies know, we grew up with the best stuff. From Ninja Turtles to Giga-Pets to N'SYNC, our childhoods were AWESOME. So awesome, in fact, that a majority of today's entertainment is just redo's and reboots of all our favorites. As much as we all love never having to leave our childhoods behind, is it bad for our evolution? Or is it just a harmless way to pass on the stuff we loved to the next generation? Let's talk about it.

Episode 34. Jason Davis: What are YOUR Implicit Biases?

Tony recently filmed a training course on implicit bias and had his mind blown. We thought it would be the perfect subject to discuss with South Side Chicago Artist, Jason Davis, during his visit to the West Coast. Stereotypes, prejudice, discrimination, racism, colorism are all things that live inside us all, whether we believe it or not. This episode will show you why.

    Episode 32. What is God?

A question so loaded it's almost comical. However, it took us down one hell of a rabbit hole. No pun intended?
