    Perfect Day Trip to Niagara Falls, Canada

    Recently, we FINALLY took a day trip to Niagara Falls in Canada! While you can visit Niagara Falls in both the US (in Niagara Falls, New York) and Canada (in Niagara Falls, Ontario), we opted to explore the falls on the Canadian side and made a day of it! Niagara Falls is only 3.5 hours from our home in Cleveland, so we woke up early, explored the falls, did a boat ride, visited the old Niagara Parks Power Station + The Tunnel, and even hiked in Niagara Glen.     1 Week in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico

    This summer, Chris and I spent 7 days in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico with family! This multi-generational trip included my parents, my siblings and their spouses and kids, and us. We rented a beautiful beach house in the local area of Xpú-Ha, and we had beach/pool days, swam in cenotes, visited Chichen Itza, and snorkeled with whale sharks off the coast of Isla Mujeres!     The Case for Taking More Day Trips
