    Episode 194: What It Takes to Keep Growing After 17 Years in Business with Kari Fulmek (Shared From The Alive and Thriving Podcast)

    Shared from the Alive and Thriving Podcast Kari Fulmek has been an entrepreneur for most of her life. She is the founder of Equine Connection, the Academy of Equine Assisted Learning, which helps people build purposeful careers working alongside horses to support human development. But building the business she envisioned was not a simple or predictable journey.     Episode 191: The Power of Just Being

    What happens when the Dream Centre accidentally brings the wrong group of guys and you have absolutely NOTHING set up in the arena? 😂 You switch things up! What was supposed to be an orientation filled with information about the horses, why we work with them and safety suddenly became something completely different. We tossed the plan, focused on mindfulness and simply “being” with the horses. No obstacles. No elaborate setup. Just the horses, the guys and the moment. And somehow, it turned into an amazing program and a pretty powerful reminder of what the horses can do.
