    Gayatri Mantra Cover

Blessings! It's been a while since I've shared a vocal transmission on this podcast and felt called to share Gayatri Mantra on Harmonium! I've shared a different acapella version on this podcast previously but wanted to share this version originally by Deva Premal. I've been practicing it almost daily on this beautiful instrument and it's fed my soul greatly. Chanting the gayatti mantra often is said to bring ultimate success and happiness to the chapter's life. I feel immense peace and timelessness when I chant it. What do you feel? Enjoy this short transmission and feel free to sing along! Om Bhur Bhuvah Swah Tat Savitur Varenyam Bhargo Devasya Dheemahi Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayaat Have a blessed day 🕉🎶💫

MWM 10: Ram Dass Guided Visual Meditation Reading

This episode is exactly how the title seems, a guided visual meditation for you! This meditation is no way my own, I am simply just reading a guided visual mediation that Ram Dass published in his book Polishing the Mirror: How to Live From Your Spiritual Life. I was reading it and meditating to it and felt it would be easier to record it for later and also felt you could benefit from it! Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down and enjoy this beautiful mediation of equanimity. Jai ma! 🧘🏻‍♀️💜🕉🌊

MWM 9: My Full Moon Float Experience

In this episode I speak about my most recent float experience. It was the first experience like this so I felt very called to share! This is all coming from my OWN personal experience and opinion based one for that matter so just know that. Every experience is different person to person, even session to session with one person. Stay tuned for more about floating!

MWM 8 : Manifesting my Dream Job

This episode is another life update, things have changed since the last one I made so I gotta update you! I share how I used law of attraction and my own manifestation techniques to get the job I've been waiting for. As per usual, the episode has lots of tangents and rambles but I close out the episode with some delicious oms. Enjoy and connect with me on instagram! @violet_starshine_art

    Rama Bolo Mantra

Close your eyes and let this accapella mantra wash over you. This is a cover of the version by Jai Uttal. I love his vocal texture and I learned this song during my Harmonium Immersion class with Girish. I love the auspiciousness of this mantra. It's a mantra devoted to Lord Ram, an archetype of Vishnu. A huge person in the world of hindu gods. Allow this mantra to awaken your heart in a way it might not have before. 💚

MWM 7: Life Update & Resolutions ARE intentions

Happy 2022!! First episode of the year and felt like doing a life update, recap of 2021 emotions and then speaking on my intentions for the year. I go in depth about how the nye resolutions we set are just as important as intentions we would set in our spiritual lives and to view them like that. Be graceful and gentle with yourself if they don't manifest exactly how you'd want them to. Enjoy this "tambly" episode! What do you want to hear me talk about next?

When I go thru shadow periods, it's important to tap into these practices to get me feeling JOYOUS omce again. Both feelings are just as valid but for me magic happens when I'm feelijg my most aligned self. These are just my personal opinions of what works for me and is not to be taken as any sort of medical advice. Enjoy the episode and connect with me if it resonated with you!
