Love all of your podcasts, especially the in-depth reviews and conversations with equipment makers (Pivot, Silca, Wolftooth, etc). But please get a decent soundmeter. Listening to podcasts is an exercise in rewinding to relisten to something that was muffled or turning down the volume because what was too soft is now too loud. It’s not just the Bikerumor podcast but others like Paceline, Cyclingtips, etc. I think all of these podcasts could use a good soundmeter so that the volume of the podcast is acceptable.
Other than that, keep up the good work. Do more interviews with people who make stuff.
Added. Just listened to the interview of Shimano. I loved the final part when you explained the online pricing situation and how ChainReactionCycles was hand-spanked by Shimano on their prices. I actually was buying from CRC and was wondering why I couldn’t buy Shimano parts from them while I’m in the US. You explained it. I’m not happy about it but at least it’s an explanation.
