    The San Francisco Giants have only won one game at Oracle Park so far in 2026, and they looked hapless again tonight in a 9-0 loss to the New York Mets. With just as many hits as errors in this one tonight, the San Francisco Giants never stood a chance and felt completely out of this game after an error-fueled rally for the New York Mets in the second inning plated three runs for the visitors. Clay Holmes dominated the lineup with his sinker, and the San Francisco Giants' offense never adjusted.     The San Francisco Giants sealed their first series win of the 2026 MLB season as they beat the Padres for the second consecutive night, this time thanks in part to a HUGE rally in the top of the 6th inning. Willy Adames had a four-hit night, including a home run, to help out starter Logan Webb, who spun six innings of mostly quality pitching. After a shaky third inning, Webb locked in and retired ten consecutive batters.
