Cultura Lovers - Ep. 02 - Jumping Into the Abyss

We talk about an experience we had in Guatemala involving a plunge into a pitch black cave, bats and total presentness. We talk about how these physical experiences out of our comfort train the mind to accomplish some of the non physical internal fears we battle.
