The hardest thing for many people to do is to confront themselves. Truth has an incredible way of unearthing things we work so hard to bury, but Therapist Tierra holds your hand and takes that stroll with you. She creates a safe, non-judgemental space for self-discovery. Her laugh, soothing voice, random songs, anecdotal stories, and transparency makes you want to click replay over and over again. She’s very intelligent and is clearly a skillful and experienced therapist, and yet; if feels more like listening to sage advice from that friend who seems to have all the answers but never makes you feel less than. She’s a breath of fresh air for those of us who need a shake up, a hug, an ah ha moment, a gentle reminder, or simply a passionate coach to help us make radical life changes without tipping the whole cart over in the process.
