    Tell Me Something - @Jess_Healing

I have always had a passion for photography(check out @abduliscrazy) but as the social media hype swells to new heights, I think we all can see the loss in human connection. The purpose of this series is to get to know people more than I did before. Simply by asking three main questions. Tell me something about your past, your present and your future. However simple that may sound, I have learnt loads about people I know and new people through talking so frankly. In this episode I talk to my good friend Jess who is currently working on inspiring others to talk about abuse. Please take a listen and share. Please be warned themes of sexual abuse, PTSD and mental health are discussed. For more ways to deal with these issues you can call the Rape Crisis Helpline on 0808 802 9999.
