Sometimes it’s nothing but a pebble somebody painted gold trying to distract you from something far more valuable. 💎 One of the biggest lessons I’m learning in this season is that growth requires DISCERNMENT. Every opportunity isn’t your opportunity. Every invitation doesn’t require your attendance. Every connection doesn’t deserve access. And everybody’s expectations of you do NOT automatically become your responsibility. Sometimes the next level of your life requires one simple word: NO. 🚫 No to abandoning yourself to make other people comfortable.
No to constantly putting your plans on the back burner.
No to guilt disguised as obligation.
No to distractions disguised as opportunities.
No to anything that continuously pulls you away from the assignment. Because here’s the question: Every time you say YES to something, what are you saying NO to? 👀 Your NO might be protecting the time your YES needs to succeed. Remember G.R.O.W.: 🌱 G — Guard Your Growth
👀 R — Recognize the Distraction
🚫 O — Own Your NO
👣 W — Walk Forward With Intention You don’t need to be rude. You don’t need to become selfish. And you don’t need to stop loving people. But you DO need to stop abandoning yourself just because somebody else is uncomfortable with your boundaries. Put some respect on your time. Put some respect on your peace. Put some respect on your name. Stop waiting until you reach the destination to finally become grateful. BECOME NOW. 👏🏽 Ask yourself: How does the future version of me think? How do they move? What do they tolerate? How do they manage their time? How do they handle money? How do they show up? Then start practicing THAT today. Because your future isn’t only about what you’re going to have.     THEY DON’T HAVE TO GET IT — YOU DO

    🎙️✨ NEW EPISODE: “THEY DON’T HAVE TO GET IT — YOU DO: Stop Looking for Validation for Your Vision” Baby, everybody is NOT going to understand what you see—and they don’t have to. 👏🏽 If God gave YOU the vision, why are you exhausting yourself trying to convince everybody else to believe in it? They don’t have to see the finished picture.
They don’t have to understand every move.
They don’t have to be as excited as you are.
And they certainly don’t have to validate it before you ACTIVATE IT. 🔥 I’m learning in this season to stop over-explaining and start over-executing. If you’re not helping me build it, partnering with me, advising me, or directly connected to the assignment, you may simply have to meet it at the reveal. 💎 Because every hour you spend explaining what you’re going to do is an hour you could be putting toward actually DOING IT. And remember: not everybody who questions your vision is against you. Take the constructive feedback. Use wisdom. Make adjustments when necessary. But never allow somebody else’s inability to see what you see to become the reason you stop moving. Let the work explain what your words couldn’t. 🎯 Remember V.I.S.I.O.N.: ✨ V — Validate the Vision Within

Sometimes you have to SOAK IT ALL UP BEFORE IT SHOWS UP. 🌊 Soak up the little nudges.
Soak up the ideas.
Soak up the preparation.
Soak up the lessons.
Soak up the joy.
And when you receive enough clarity for the next step—MOVE. 👏🏽 Stop giving everybody else a vote on something God may be developing specifically in YOU. Wise counsel has its place, but you don’t need twelve people’s approval to take one step forward. Everybody doesn’t need to know who’s involved, what’s coming next, or what God placed on your heart. Access should have an assignment. 💎 If you’re helping me build it, we may need to talk. If you’re praying with me, advising me, partnering with me, or helping execute the vision, there may be something for us to discuss. Everybody else? Baby, you can meet it at the reveal. 😂🤫 This episode is about learning to protect what’s still developing, discerning who genuinely needs access to you, spending less time announcing what you’re going to do and more time actually DOING IT, and seeking God before seeking everybody else’s opinion.     Let It Go So It Can Flow

What if it simply means you’ve decided to stop trying to control HOW everything has to happen? 🌊🙏🏽 Sometimes we hold so tightly to the person, the timing, the opportunity, the outcome, or the way we envisioned things happening that we leave no room for God to orchestrate something differently. We spend so much time praying for the blessing, the breakthrough, the opportunity, the relationship, the increase, and the next level… but have you ever stopped to ask yourself: Am I becoming the person who can actually sustain what I’m praying for? 🙏🏽💎 Who you become while you’re waiting matters. Your attitude matters.
Your discipline matters.
Your character matters.
Your response to adversity matters.
And most importantly—your posture matters. ✨ Having the right posture doesn’t mean you’ll never get frustrated, tired, disappointed, or have a bad day. It means you refuse to allow a temporary circumstance to create a permanent negative mindset. Sometimes the waiting season isn’t punishment—it’s preparation. 🌱 God may be developing the wisdom, maturity, discipline, and capacity you’ll need to carry what you’ve been asking Him for. So instead of only praying, “God, send it,” maybe the prayer becomes: 🙏🏽 “God, prepare me to sustain what I’m asking You to send.” Because it’s not only about getting there.
