    Episode 4: #BeYourOwnLover is all about the idea and action of taking ourselves as our own lover. Tune in to hear why I decided to commit to this, how I like being my own lover, and ways for you to join in on this juicy 21 day challenge of being our own lovers. Oh yea! The cool thing is, you can be in a relationship and still be your own lover! I think a lot of times disappointments and dissatisfaction can arise in relationships due to feeling like our partners aren’t meeting our needs. This can place a lot of stress on your significant other and the whole relationship. So I encourage you to first identify what your needs are. Get really clear and honest with yourself. Don’t hold back. Then see if you can fulfill those needs for yourself. You can probably do it better anyway. This can immediately alchemize a victim mentality to an empowered mentality. Choose you. Be you. Do you. Homework: create a list of ways you enjoy being your own lover. Be creative and innovative. Try not to think too much and feel into it instead.
