    Hoy, on the Ch*ngona Living Show, tengo el honor de presentarles a una mujer whose story carries historia, sacrificio, cultura… y corazón. Irene Pantaleon es una mujer Mexicana criada en los Estados Unidos, shaped by two mundos at the same time. Hija de padres inmigrantes que fueron legalizados bajo la administración de Ronald Reagan durante la amnistía, Irene creció entendiendo (quizás sin saberlo en ese momento) lo que significa sacrificio, resiliencia y oportunidad. Viene de una familia trabajadora. De una madre inmigrante que, como tantas mujeres, trabajó incansablemente persiguiendo el sueño Americano. De un padre que luchó por su familia y puso sus propios sueños en pausa para darle a sus hijos más de lo que él tuvo. Hoy, a sus 50 años, Irene mira hacia atrás con claridad y honra el impacto profundo que esas decisiones tuvieron en la mujer que es ahora. Se enorgullece profundamente de ser Mexicana, pero también reconoce que vivir entre dos culturas le dio habilidades poderosas de adaptarse, navegar, y existir en dos mundos a la misma vez - fortaleciéndola, no dividiéndola. Hoy Irene expresa su creatividad creando espacios donde mujeres pueden sentirse seguras, acompañadas y vistas. Está comprometida a construir comunidad donde el proceso de descubrirse a sí misma no tenga que ser solitario… because when we do it juntas, it feels less scary.
