329 My Ego Called Me "Useless." My Soul Said Follow Me

Many of us are in a space where we are being forged through challenge to remember the truth, love, and power that we are — and that ain't easy, is it?! But here's what I've found: there is a freedom that awaits us on the other side of the very things our ego most wants us to hide. That freedom doesn't show up when we feel powerful. It shows up when we feel small. Because when life strips away the illusion of control, what remains is either fear — or something far more powerful: a knowing that lives below thought, below strategy, below the ego's relentless need to fix and prove. That's why it felt important to share a recent trigger and exactly what unfolded when my ego quietly whispered "you're useless." Not because we're meant to get over our egos, but because we can use its very strategies to deepen our inner knowing of who we truly are. What you'll walk away thinking about: Why the moment your ego says run is the exact moment worth staying withWhat it means to lead from your heart when your mind is screaming for answers — and why one will always outlast the otherHow spiritual depth and human need aren't opposites to be balanced, but a wholeness to be honoredWhy devotion to something that looks "useless" on the outside may be your most powerful act of resistance right nowThe proof of the power that has been within you all along Many of us are in a time of refinement — not punishment, not failure, but a deliberate and loving shaping of what we are here to bring forward. The triggers, the whispers, the years that don't go as planned — none of it is evidence that you are behind. It is the necessary preparation that allows us to fully and freely embody all that we are. Your heart has never stopped knowing the way. And your remembrance isn't just for you — it becomes the bridge that helps others remember too. When something feels stripped away, follow those ego threads with compassion, empowerment, and love. They will always lead you home.

328 Feminine Way-Showers: Reclaim the Power You've Been Told Is Too Much

Women have always been the ones willing to go into the mess — and that willingness is where real power lives. Our ability to sense when something is off is what allows us to create shifts before everything falls apart. Yet this gift is rarely honored. Instead, we've shrunk ourselves with the belief that we're "too much," while simultaneously holding one another to an impossible standard of navigating chaos perfectly. No one can. We were never meant to. We are meant to learn from each other — and from that, rebuild as way-showers by honoring the unique strengths we each carry, with compassion for the very human experience of holding it all. What you'll walk away thinking about: Why compassion and empathy are the architecture of sustainability — not soft skillsThe hidden way patriarchy shows up not just in systems, but inside women themselvesWhat the "below" work actually looks like — and why it's just as sacred as any spiritual highWhat gets left out when the feminine is missing from spiritual growth, and the real cost of that gapA simple but radical boundary that emerged from witnessing the below — and how to find yoursTo the women holding everything at once. To the mothers in the dirt. And to the men brave enough to esteem rather than diminish — you are honored. The old ways are crumbling, and what's rising is a sustainable future led by way-showers who remember who they are. The Divine Feminine has shown us the path. Now we are being called to embody it — to lessen our distortions, deepen our compassion, and bring forward the love that we can carry.  This is your time to remember, you were never too much - you were always the way!

327: Ego, Magic & the Mess in Between - Being Loved As You Are, Not As Your Ego Thinks You Should Be

If your spiritual and personal growth journey has ever left you feeling like you should be further along by now — or somehow more "together" — this episode will meet you exactly where you are, and celebrate you as you are. Because here's what I've come to believe: the mess is not a detour from the path. It is the path. This week, I get honest about my own ego in action — the cringe-worthy moments, the subtle ways I still reach for worthiness — and what happened when I stopped trying to outrun any of it. When we're willing to notice the ego's antics without judgment or comparison, something unexpected opens up. The magic finds us. And that's exactly what I want you to experience too. What you'll walk away thinking about: • The sneaky, almost laughable ways the ego sabotages even our most peaceful moments (sea glass has never been so enlightening) • Why spiritual growth doesn't mean your ego stops pulling the strings — and what to do when it does • The missing feminine thread in early Christianity and what Mary Magdalene's story might mean for how we receive ourselves • What a dug-up ritual site and a mysterious crystal reveal about the way magic actually communicates with us • How shame — whether from organized religion or our own inner critic — can quietly block us from fully embodying the love we came here to be The gap between who we're trying to become and who we actually are isn't the problem — it's the portal. When we stop chasing a version of enlightenment that looks polished and struggle-free, and instead get curious about the messy, ego-driven moments we'd rather skip past, something shifts. The magic woven into ordinary life becomes visible. We stop working on our growth and start living it — loved as we are, not as our ego thinks we should be. That is the real opportunity. And it turns out, it's also the real gift.

326: Walking the Way of Compassion Imperfectly -From Trauma Triangle to Unity Consciousness

It is the seemingly insignificant moments—the ones that on the surface aren't that big of a deal—that our emotions guide us to deepen. Not to pick on us, but ultimately to elevate us. That's where society has gotten both our humanity and our feelings all wrong. When spirituality teaches us that our humanity makes us weak or wrong, we miss the exact gift of being here: to embody the love we are, as we are, with compassion, so we can extend that same compassion to others. This is how we shift from trauma consciousness to unity consciousness. Join me as I share how I walked the way of compassion imperfectly, and how that allowed me to explore:  Why emotions are your most powerful ally in detecting when something "isn't right”The trauma patterns that has kept humanity locked in dysfunctional power struggles across all our relationshipsHow to use the friction of these times to fast-track your growth and embodiment of divinityWhat the Lord's Prayer reveals about the karmic loopHow to test your boundary-setting abilitiesThe elusive way the ego tries to keep ourselves hidden, especially as we spiritually grow As we navigate the transition from the Age of Darkness into the Age of Truth, every interaction becomes a mirror showing us where fear still drives us and where love can guide us instead. I believe so many of us chose to incarnate during this intense transition precisely because the darkness offers the fastest path to remembering we are love—IF we stop hiding the parts of ourselves we've judged as "not evolved enough." Your imperfect navigation of this human experience isn't a failure; it's the way of love being walked the best we can, with both compassion and awareness. 325: Beyond the Fairy Tale - How to Build Relationships That Transform

The measure of any relationship—whether with a partner or with our collective humanity—isn't the absence of challenges but how we move through them toward greater love. We're being called to recognize our power to co-create by addressing what needs to change while holding our vision for what love wants to become. This isn't about the misguided fairy tales that taught us to give our power away, but about reclaiming who we truly are by awakening to our truth, love, and power—not conceptually, but in how we show up every single day. Key Takeaways What it looks like to course-correct through the lens of unity consciousnessThe unexpected connection between personal relationships and our role as co-creators in societyHow masculine and feminine energies show up in daily acts of considerationThe common misunderstanding behind fairy tales: what we were actually meant to learn from Snow WhiteWhat happens when "I love you" expands from one person to everyone We have an opportunity to see the beauty and love within everyone—but first, we must see it within ourselves. The awakening we desire as a collective is guiding us to understand that we're not separate from those we disagree with. And because we are not separate, we know this truth: if we've been able to overcome the tyranny of our own egos, our society can do the same. The legacy we're weaving now isn't made of material things, self-righteousness, or fear—it's made of a love so profound that everything we've been taught to value suddenly seems small by comparison.

Episode 324: From Scattered to Centered - How to Align Your Energy During Trying Times

When life feels like it's pulling you in every direction — from family health crises to a world that seems to be spinning out of control — it's easy to let fear take the wheel. This is exactly when it's time to practice finding our center. Fear does exactly what it's designed to do: pull us away from our inner knowing and power. We will all experience this, especially during turbulent times. This is our moment to choose and embody our innate power of love, which is stronger than fear, by deepening the skillsets that bring us back to our hearts. Tune in, breathe deep, and let yourself be reminded of the love and purpose that have been inside you all along. Here are some of the main takeaways we'll be covering in this episode: Why feeling scattered is actually a signalWhat fear wants you to believe vs. the truthThe meaning behind the "As Above, So Below" framework and how it becomes a practical daily tool, not just a spiritual conceptHow your thoughts and prayers create energyThe powerful role your heart plays as the convergence point between your divinity and your humanityA beautifully simple grounding practice to bring yourself back to center when the world feels like too much Collectively, we are being called to see through our fears so that we can walk with focus and intention, aligned with the changes we are here to create together. This is a time when our actions are less about needing to be "big" and more about being aligned and inspired. There is a boldness that comes through when you consciously gather your energy — and it is unstoppable. This is your moment to step into the truth of who you are and let the love within you lead the way.

323: The Psychology of Conscious Opposition - Being the Bridge that Unites

We are experiencing BIG, unprecedented, and unpredictable energy right now, which is why so many feel angry, afraid, sad, and frustrated. As we recognize our emotions as energetic allies rather than enemies, we're being called to fundamentally transform the way we show up around what we oppose—not to be passive, but to be exponentially more effective. The dynamics of opposition we've inherited are rooted in dichotomies: us vs them, right vs wrong, good vs bad, moral vs immoral. The list goes on and on, and so does the struggle. This framework is built on winning—and it's exhausting, divisive, and ultimately unsustainable. We are being called to something far more challenging and courageous: to stop trying to win and instead support the evolution of the good within all of us. This requires us to be vulnerable enough to see how we're more similar than we realize, to examine our own shadows, and to honor the love we innately are—even when it feels risky to do so. What we are exploring in this episode: The subtle ways we may unknowingly deepen divisions while believing we're fighting for what's rightHow to use psychological insight to recognize and break free from narcissistic systems and collective gaslightingThe patterns of manipulation that have operated throughout millennia—and why they work so convincinglyThe innate power you can access to support genuine collective transformationWhy caring about injustice isn't enough—and what the more courageous step actually entailsHow to implement strategic consequences that create accountability without perpetuating the same divisive tactics we opposeThis isn't a new playbook. This is the elevated consciousness that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. embodied and shared with us, along with other visionaries who proved we can oppose harmful actions without becoming what we're opposing. I believe we are being called to turn MLK's dream into our lived reality—and it starts with cultivating a higher, more loving, and yes, more courageous consciousness that creates union where there's been division. Caring deeply about justice is the starting point—the growth edge is learning to embody that care in ways that foster genuine connection and lasting change. This means getting uncomfortable. It means examining where our own egos want to be right more than they want to be effective. It means extending our hand to those we oppose, not because their actions are acceptable, but because their hearts contain the same longing for belonging and purpose that ours do. As always, the transformation we seek in the world begins with the courage we cultivate within ourselves. Thank you for being one of the courageous ones who recognizes that the shadows within us all are calling to be addressed—not through spiritual bypassing or false niceties, but through the genuine challenge of staying human when we find ourselves in opposition to one another. This is how we become the bridge. This is how we see one another as one.
