Paired Liz Anderson

Liz’s (barely) thinly veiled misanthropy, deep well of sarcasm on all topics, and overwhelming commitment to the bit is a literal laugh per 30 seconds. I can’t think of a favorite episode because every single one has me cackling. I already loved Liz on Campaign but this, truly, makes it feel like she was meant to be a sardonic, punny AI already falling into the chasm of existential dread, and therefore comedy at its finest.

This show is great, lots of fun and funny

There’s lots of things to love about paired it’s comedy, plot, voice acting, writing, commentary on technology, and the list goes on. The thing I love about it the most though is the way problem solving is done. Most of the time the characters problems can be talked through and fixed but sometimes they can’t and I love it because both are presented as okay. A fun AI won’t magically fix all your problems in one day and that’s fine. Paired has quickly became one of my favorite podcast because of its ability to comment on some of the sadder aspects of life without leaving me feeling hopeless. This of course is thanks to its brilliant comedy that never falls to make me laugh.
