This is more of a warning to others (especially women) to let everyone know Lindsay Weisner is not out to help you and should not be trusted to advise anyone rather than a traditional review of this drivel filled podcast. She and my now x husband were school friends who reconnected while we were married. My husband was an alcoholic with many mentally/emotionally/financially abusive and narcissistic tendencies She became his online confidant and cheerleader and was always there to tell him that he was right -no matter the issue or what happened she would assure him that I was the problem (Example- when he flew off the handle, screamed at me for 2 hrs, and threatened divorce because I referenced a Tom Cruise movie [he hates T.C] she made sure to validate his reaction and tell him that I had of course only done that to enrage him and to "make" him act like a bad guy) As I came across more of their online correspondence it became crystal clear that helping my marriage crumble and aiding in my mental and emotional abuse were some form of sick entertainment to her. (Example - I saw a message where my x stated that I did not like the extent of their online communication and she replied that she could easily manipulate me into thinking I was the alpha dog and convince me that she and I were friends so that they could keep up their toxic email fun) At best she wants to tap into the pain/abuse/neglect of others to use as fuel for her ego and inspiration for her (Horrible) fiction writing - At worst she actively wants to use her tools as a psychologist to manipulate people and their lives for her twisted pleasure with no care as to the pain and damage she is helping to cause. This is a very bad person and someone who should NOT be trusted to give mental health diagnosis or advice.

I found this podcast through a collaboration with ADHD ReWired and I couldn’t be happier! I can’t wait to hear more as well as check out her upcoming books!! Keep it up Super woman!! :) ::hugs::

As a first time listener I found “What’s up with men and therapy?” fascinating. It resonated, because I was in denial and too proud to seek help myself for a long time.
