Jake is an incredible advocate for mental health and destroying depression shows an inside look of his experiences and helps to break the stigma associated with mental health as well. Love this show so much!

This young dude helped me, a 28 year old. What he said were things i needed to hear. He is a big part of the reason I recognized that i needed help because i could relate so strongly to his struggles. His stories made me recognize that i was really struggling and that i do deserve better and that its achievable. Also that help is out there. Ive really taken so much from this, including a sense of meaning in my own pain, something i formerly had found no hope in. Inspiring.
