Special Shoutout: A special shoutout to Director of Counseling  Ryanne Peterson and Bennett College for allowing Cope for the Culture Podcast and The Council Collective to host our first-ever live podcast episode! We’re deeply grateful for the opportunity to share this space, connect with the Bennett Belles, and continue serving through meaningful conversations. Full circle moment! Episode Description: For our Season 4 finale, we’re diving deep into the complexities of friendship. The makeups, the breakups, and everything in between. From cutoff culture to the tension between collectivism and individualism, we explore what it means to show up with intention in our relationships. This conversation touches on the importance of agreeing to disagree, fighting fair, and being mindful of words that can’t be taken back. We also unpack how to repair friendships in healthy ways, release resentment, hold space for healing, and make peace with the fact that sometimes reconciliation is possible. Sometimes it’s simply about letting go of pride and moving forward with grace. S4, EP7: Triggered or Nah?!

Are you Triggered Or Nah? This week we are exploring how triggers show up in community and what it means to truly own your healing. We are talking about why our triggers are our responsibility, how to stop letting past experiences dictate your present, and whether you are actually healed or simply untested because you are alone. It is all about building awareness, practicing accountability, and learning what healing looks like in real-world relationships. Special ShoutoutSeptember is National Yoga Awareness Month and we’re taking a moment to highlight the deeper side of yoga. Beyond the poses, yoga is about grounding, releasing, and making space for healing. In this episode we debunk some common myths around yoga such as who it is for and what it is “supposed” to look like, and instead focus on how it supports mental health, balance, and self-awareness. It is the perfect reminder that the work we do on the mat can help us show up with more presence in our relationships and everyday lives.
