    Recapturing Innocence

    This episode introduces you to the Phases Of Our Journey, a 3 phase framework for addressing and expressing trauma. Pick up a pen or pencil and put it to paper, cuz it’s time to get to work baby! I told my mom, “We name our inner child so that she can come out to play with that of the others... we name the wounded youth so that we can compassionately meet eye to eye from that place of deep, dark pain, and we name our guide (intuition) so that we have a pathway to paradise OUT of the wounded youth into phase 3: Growing Younger.
