As someone who got an MBA with a focus on marketing, I found it amazing how their 2nd episode on finding a niche allowed me to comprehend how important it was for me to find a segment and target it. I was about to go into this attempting to “boil the ocean” and that episode changed the course of my life. I found a group of customers from my past job I knew well and instead of taking on every random prospect, crafting a product for them. This podcast has so many practical insights I had to stop listening on my dog walk and set aside time in front of OneNote to capture all the ideas it sparks! Thanks guys.
