That somehow leads to unlimited PTO, working from home and whether most people really need eight hours to finish an eight-hour workday. Then things get complicated when the conversation turns to relationships, "hyper-independence" and the idea of women wanting to enter their "soft girl era." Can you spend years building a life where you don't need anybody and then expect another person to step in and lead? The Dok and Larry P debate modern gender roles, vulnerability, expectations and why neither person should be the prize—the relationship itself should be the prize. Finally, a reported cocaine operation involving Penn State students and fraternity members sends the show completely off the rails.
